That's fair, and I want to address it directly: when this was posted, our Shopify app was in rougher shape than it had any right to be for users who came to us through Niche Pursuits or any other channel. Since this review was posted, we've shipped multiple updates specifically addressing the loading and stability issues that were causing the blank screen problem users experienced. The app is in significantly better shape now — and Shopify internal linking is a real priority for us, not an afterthought. I'm sorry, but there's been a misunderstanding about how payments work. A charge for $7 is authorized when the app is installed, but it is not charged unless the app remains installed for longer than 7 days. If the app is uninstalled during the trial period, the authorized charge will be canceled. The charge is authorized using Shopify's payment systems, using the standard Shopify free trial method, and remains entirely in their hands so you can be sure that the trial will be honored.

Thank you for your review. We have seen cases where browser settings have temporarily prevented users from logging in, but after some adjustment, the app loads correctly. Usually, what happens is permissions can't be assigned to a user because the browser blocks the attempt.
