Cork Tree Ltd review for Link My Books for Xero & QBO

We started with a competitor product in a trial period, but after their slow service, I tried LMB and have been really happy with the service. The app has a chat window so if you need help, just type it into the box and there's normally a response within 1/2 hour during the day. No faffing around with phones or emails. The setup was fairly straight-forward and my accountant checked the out-of-the-box settings and was happy with the configuration. The Shopify/Shop integration couldn't be simpler - most days we get an invoice posted to our accounts that we simply reconcile. I wish the Shopify/Paypal integration was quite as simple but with that you simply need to check a clearing account from time-to-time. Highly recommended.
