Sadly the link to our store does not work. Support tells us the link is working yet we have tried through multiple phones and computers. No luck.

I have to start out saying I actually liked the app and how it syncs with my store. It is easy and convenient to use but I give it a one star because of the security issues I've been experiencing. I have this app connected to QR codes, social media, websites, etc and it's a massive pain in my side that I have to switch to another service. I've had an issue for who actually knows how long, that my link is being hijacked by other businesses outside the US. When someone clicks on my link in any of my bios, it redirects them to another company. This could explain large dips in my sales over the last several months, so who knows what has actually been happening. I've contacted Shopify support three separate times about this issue and they insinuated it's a problem on my end with my browser, cookies, or cache. They also can't replicate the issue... To be fair, they can't even figure out how to view my Instagram account which has thousands of followers. So of course they were not able to experience anything I was seeing first hand. I've also tried uploading video with my phone demonstrating my issue, but they only accept a very particular type of video that I was not able to get correct even after downloading the specific app they recommended. I have an iPhone which should have been an easy and seamless upload. After the third complaint and zero answers as to what was actually happening, I've decided to move all my linking services to another company. I don't feel comfortable knowing this is a Shopify product and Shopify cannot give me any answers, if my store is secure, or why this is happening. I have decided to go with a third party paid service. I feel more comfortable knowing my linking and website are totally separate so it won't compromise my store in any way.

Hello Linkpop, I totally agree with the previous reviewer : « I don't link to products in my linktree because i have too many products. I link to categories....or collections.... So yes, i can add them via link but perhaps you can add that as an option ? Otherwise, installation worked fine for me unlike for others. Will be testing it out and see how it compares to linktree :) I would say that another feature I really want, that linktree had, is to be able to turn on and off links as well as schedule them in advance. I am launching a ton of products so it would be great to plan these in advance. » => As I have multiple affiliate links and Shopify accounts, I would appreciate if you could create a subcategory of links such as : 1- My E-Shops; 2- My Marketing Tools; 3- My E-Learning Courses; 4- My Media; etc. Thank you for your feedback. It is ok. But needs improvement to keep Shopify store owners updated. 1. Need more editing features. I would like to customize it more and you are unable to move the links once added to the app.

Linkpop is promising and I had fun setting it up which was easy by the way. However, I notice that the page flickers on Instagram if you are using an image as background instead of just color. The back image moves as you scroll which causes the make to flicker which is annoying. I thought perhaps the size of the image I was using was too big, searched online for recommended size for background image on linkpop but didn't see any. Shopify don't even have anything about background image size for linkpop on their official website.

It seems like it might be a good thing but I have 4 stores and can only use it on one. It would be nice if I could have an account for each store.

Has stopped working without warning and we didn't realize for several days which means a lot of potentially lost business for us.

Finde das Tool wirklich gut und es ist eine super Lösung. Besonders, weil es sich so schön in Shopify integrieren lässt. Ich habe jedoch einen Stern abgezogen, weil noch ein paar Funktionen fehlen. 1.) Temporäre Buttons. Wenn ich meinen Store auf ein Event vorbereite, würde ich auch gerne einen Button vorbereiten, der währen der Zeit des Events sichtbar ist und danach wieder verschwindet. Momentan muss ich mir eine Erinnerung stellen, wenn ich den Button für mein Event auf Linkpop setzen möchte. 2.) Die Kachel für ein Produkt, das ich aus dem Store direkt einbinde, sollte besser konfigurierbar sein. Es wird z.B. immer ein Preis angezeigt und die Kachel an sich ist sehr groß, weil Produktbild, Titel und Preis darauf stehen. Das füllt fast den ganzen Bildschirm aus. Eine andere Layout-Option wäre echt super. 3.) Rabatte sollten angezeigt werden, wenn ich ein Produkt auf der Seite einbaue, also wenn ich bspw. einen automatischen Rabatt auf ein Produkt setzte, der für alle Kunden gilt, sollte man das auch als Produktpreis sehen.

App muito bom mas ainda perde em funcionalidade para alguns serviços semelhantes. Poderia ter a opção de colocarmos separadores para organizar a apresentação, deixar escolhermos o tamanho das imagens nos links, e ter mais opções de links para afiliação, além da Amazon, com o Aliexpress e Shopee por exemplo. O botão do link de afiliado Amazon é apenas em inglês "Buy on Amazon", também não nos dá opção de mudar, isso atrapalha a conversão.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. Works great, better than Linktree for brands that use Shopify. Love that it integrates easy checkout right on the page

Póki co aplikacja ma jakiś błąd i nie można załadować żadnych produktów ze sklepu Shopify. Bez tej funkcjonalności jest ona nieprzydatna.

I am trying to set up a shoppable link to put it on my Instagram and Tik Tok business profile, but is has been a pain point so far. Not clear how to connect the link with our products so customer can buy directly through Linkpop

You're able to link products from your store directly to your Linkpop page, so customers can access the page from anywhere and buy directly from it. You would add a product using the following steps: 1.) Login to your admin. 2.) access the Linkpop sales channel 3.) Click the 'add product' block that appears on the Linkpop set up page. 4.) browse your products and select the desired one. 5.) Click 'publish.' Your product will now be featured on your Linkpop page. When it comes to adding your Linkpop links to your social media accounts, you can likely add those directly to your bios, similar to how you would do it for Linktree. I used this app for over a year. It was fine until recently. I can't login. I reached out to two different support advisors. Despite telling them numerous times that I have tried logging in with my staff account, and owner account, and that it doesn't work for either - they still don't understand. It's been one week and the tickets are still open and unresolved. Unbelievable. 1. Shopify owns this app and doesn't recognize the issue. 2. Shopify Support has devolved to this abysmal level. Looking forward to a resolution, or at least an acknowledgment that the app is broken, quickly.

We're sorry to hear about these ongoing issues you've been experiencing while trying to access the app. For this particular issue, a cache and cookies clear of the browser you're using (or using an incognito/private viewing browser) clears things up and allows you to access things as expected again. I recommend that you give those steps a try. If you complete those steps and notice that things don't work, reach back out to the advisors you had spoken to via the follow up emails you would've been provided, and let them know that you were advised on these steps but they didn't work. Gute App, funktioniert nur leider aktuell nicht. Bitte Problem beheben! Bestehende Link-PopSeite kann nicht gefunden werden und eine neue mit dem Namen kann auch nicht erstellt werden.

I'm not sure how old this app is but i've been using linktree for years and decided to try this one to save some money. Immediately i noticed a missing opportunity.....I don't link to products in my linktree because i have too many products. I link to categories....or collections....so yes i can add them via link but perhaps you can add that as an option ? otherwise, installation worked fine for me unlike for others. I also did some testing with Linkpop in my own store and found that I was able to link a collection to LinkPop by creating a 'link' section in the page set up, linking the collection URL there, and then adding a thumbnail. Broken. Refuses to install. Just keeps looping, opening a new tab, with the same "click here to link your account" over and over again.

I tested this in my test store and encountered the same issue but was able to fix it by doing the following. 1.) Download the 'Linkpop' Channel. 2.) Click the 'click here to link your account' button. 3.) when a new page loads, click on a different link on the page to be taken somewhere else. 4.) click the 'back' button on your browser, which is usually found within the top left. 5.) Click the button. Just to note - this worked for me in my own store but I haven't been able to test this in other shops. This may do the trick! If you find that it doesn't, please try clearing your cache and cookies (https://nr.tn/3kpGTQ7), attempting the link using a different browser, and reset your internet and then try again. Grundsätzlich eine gute App, wenn sie funktioniert. Kann seit einigen Tagen nicht mehr auf die App zugreifen. Nachdem ich auf "Continue to Linkpop" klicke, soll ich mich anmelden. Danach werde ich wieder auf die voherige Seite geleitet. Dort kann ich dann erneut auf "Continue to Linkpop" klicken und gerate in eine Endlosschleife von Pop-Up Fenstern, in denen ich immer wieder auf diesen Button klicken kann. Es wäre echt schön, wenn das Problem schnellstmöglich behoben würde.
