I have had the best experience! There are plenty of review platforms on the app store however I chose to pick Lipscore after seeing some other stores using this. So I decided to give it a go. And wow, I was blown away! I had a dedicated account manager to email who would reply in minutes as well as an easy and quick on boarding call. It is worth the money all day long - we are seeing almost double the amount of sales now we are showing reviews.

Amazing app with a personal touch. Really pleased with Lipscore so far. It’s a great app for bringing in lots of valuable reviews and we’ve been very happy with the response rate. The team have been brilliant throughout, with a very personal and supportive approach. Special thanks to Paul for all his help getting everything set up smoothly :) Highly recommend!

We’ve had a really positive experience with this app. It’s easy to use, does what it’s supposed to, and the insights are genuinely helpful for understanding our customers. Georgina has also been great to work with - always responsive, easy to communicate with, and very on top of things. It makes a big difference having that kind of support. Overall, a reliable tool that’s added real value for us. Would happily recommend it.

Switching our review management to Lipscore was one of the best moves we’ve made in the past year. A massive shoutout to Josh and Angela for helping us get everything set up so smoothly. The transition from Trustpilot was seamless, and the system is significantly more aligned with our needs. Great tech supported by even better people!
