Excellent experience with the team! They helped us implement numeric ratings and refine the entire reviews layout on our Flower Station website. We changed from Judge.Me for various reasons. Trust Pilot is a joke when you have reviews that are not actually reviews but just moaning about something that could be sorted out with a phone call or email. We even have 1 star reviews that are clearly made up by our competitors and those reviewers never bought any of our products (and we can prove it). Yet... we are still fighting not to be Trusted Pilot months later to remove them. Court action is our next step. Thankfully our LipScore reviews swamp what Trust Pilot has done with lots of genuine 5 Star Reviews :-) As for LipScore... All I can say is brilliant, it works !! The thing I am most impressed with is the onboarding and customer support.

We have a fantastic response rate from our website product reviews which has really elevated sales and gained lots of genuine customer feedback. Support from Lipscore has been exceptional and everything was extremely easy to set-up and this was made easy by the support provided by LipScore! Lipscore not only make it easy for businesses like us to implement but also make it a simple uncomplex process for customers to review both us and our products in a few simple clicks! We are very happy

As relatively new to online retail, we were approached by Lipscore who said they could help us increase our reviews and response rate. They were right!!! Very easy to set up and given help all along the way. Excellent back up from Georgina too. All in all highly recommended!

We switched to Lipscore from Judge.Me and our review response rate went from around 2% with Judge.Me to over 51% with Lipscore and have almost got as many reviews & ratings in our first 2 months with Lipscore than we have had in 4 years with Judge.Me. If you want to get as many genuine review as quickly as possible, then Lipscore is the silver bullet to tackle this aspect of your online store.
