We have been using Lipscore for a couple of months now. I must say that I was hugely impressed with the onboarding support and process. Josh explained the service well and I was impressed and intrigued by the results in his examples.... these targets have been surpassed in our experience Angela was absolutely fantastic and thorough in her onboarding process... I couldn't speak more highly of her, absolute credit to the brand. The actual system is easy to use and monitor and we have seen an increase in reviews from 1% to 37%.. its given us more opportunity to speak to customers and rectify any issues. Overall It's been fantastic.

Great experience from start to finish. We previously use Trustpilot for product reviews but were only getting a 2% response rate. We are now getting 32% with Lipscore. The process for the customers is easy and intuitive resulting in more reviews. Onboarding & service is amazing - would highly recommend.

We have had a fantastic experience with Lipscore so far! The integration process (paid) was very seamless and transparent; we had an assigned onboarding manager that walked us through each step and ensured we had Lipscore configured exactly the way WE wanted! Their customer service and account teams are very proactive and want to see their customers succeed. Such a refreshing and different approach to something as simple as customer reviews, but it makes all the difference. There are a lot of tools at your disposal with Lipscore, and a supportive team that stands behind their product. 6/5 experience!

Absolutely love lipscore! The best decision to move over from our previous provider. If you're debating it definitely talk to the team who are so friendly, helpful and really attentive over email and phone. We are seeing great results from only being on the platform a few months and are excited to see where it goes in the future. Initially dealing with Angela she is great and so easy to communicate with and then follow ups and check ins with Josh have been great, thanks guys!

I strongly recommend Lipscore for anyone looking to enhance their customer engagement. The integration process was seamless, and the support team has been exceptional. Most notably, our response rate has skyrocketed since implementation. 10/10

Would highly recommend Lipscore. The integration and support have been fantastic but the biggest improvement has been to our response rate which has improved to over 40%. On top of this the whole process of using the Lipscore interface is much more customer-centric allowing us to follow up directly with customers and ask for more information or offer solutions. This goes a huge way to improving our customer's shopping experience.

Well, what can I say? Lipscore integration has been a roaring success for us and having reviews right there on the product page of our website is invaluable information for prospective customers or regulars. The uptake on customers leaving reviews is 4 x the national average in our industry so you can imagine we are extremely happy with Lipscore! Amazing onboarding support, amazing customer service, amazing software. Considerably cheaper than Trustpilot and we're getting WAY better response stats from customers. If you're concerned about getting migrated over, don't be, they took care of everything and made it easy. Highly recommended.

We have had so many amazing reviews using Lipscore and not only is it easy for us as their customer, it is so quick and easy for our customers..no need to set up an account for them to leave a review, just quick and simple which means we are getting many more than with our previous provider. The team at Lipscore made the whole experience so simple and are always contactable and so friendly. PLUS it is so much cheaper than our previous company. Massive thanks to Angela who guided us through everything in no time at all.

Lipscore are fantastic. We used to get a 2% response rate with our reviews with other apps, now we have a nearly 30% response rate. It has been a perfect addition to our website and the team behind Lipscore is fantastic, shoutout to Angela who did our onboarding. Think twice before using another review app.

We've had a really positive experience dealing with the team at Lipscore from the earlier conversations with Liam and Kevin to the implementation of everything and working with Angela. Initiating reviews on our website was something we had delayed but we absolutely love the Lipscore way of getting feedback and ease to leave ratings and reviews for our customers. We're so pleased we pulled the trigger. It's still early days, but we're positive that conversions will increase and we're really happy with the genuine review content that our customers have left that we can utilise in future marketing. Angela has been brilliant throughout the process - she replies quickly and explains things in a way we can understand and has been incredibly helpful. We believe Lipscore will be an asset to our business moving forwards.
