We needed to migrate the review aggregator we were using to a new platform as the one we were using was no longer fit for purpose in terms of review moderation, CX and having a solution that would evolve with the business. After choosing Lipscore the migration itself had a number of unique requirements (as part of the specification we had laid out) that needed some bespoke solutions. We recently integrated the Lipscore Shopify App into our Shopify store and the whole process was honestly very smooth and straightforward. Unlike other platforms, there was no unnecessary hassle when it came to syncing products and order data. The integration was basically one click and everything started syncing properly straight away.
