We needed to migrate the review aggregator we were using to a new platform as the one we were using was no longer fit for purpose in terms of review moderation, CX and having a solution that would evolve with the business. After choosing Lipscore the migration itself had a number of unique requirements (as part of the specification we had laid out) that needed some bespoke solutions. From the outset, the team at Lipscore were more than happy to work through these challenges with us and help find a way to achieve what we needed. It seemed like 'no' wasn't in their vocabulary. We've seen a significant improvement in our review response rates across all of our sites, which was something I was actually more skeptical about and my advise to businesses considering a move to Lipscore in the future - let go of what you think you like about your current set up. Take a step back from and and focus on the core objectives first. Trust the platform and the expertise of the Lipscore team. Then you can make incremental changes along the way measure performance properly, and make informed improvements as requirements evolve. What has impressed us most, however, is the level of customer service. The team are always available when we need support, respond quickly, and genuinely feel invested in helping us get the most from the platform. Nothing ever seems too much trouble.
