Would highly recommend Lipscore. The integration and support have been fantastic but the biggest improvement has been to our response rate which has improved to over 40%. On top of this the whole process of using the Lipscore interface is much more customer-centric allowing us to follow up directly with customers and ask for more information or offer solutions. This goes a huge way to improving our customer's shopping experience.
