WILD Pet Food review for Lipscore Product Reviews

We wanted to introduce product reviews onto our website. Since switching to Lipscore, we have been incredibly impressed with the service and response we've had from customers. The team are always on hand to support us with any questions or tailoring (big shout out of Georgina!) and our response rate has been almost 10x higher, than service reviews through another platform. The whole thing was made even smoother by the fact their implementation team handled the installation and styling their end, asking us for our input of course. For a small team like ours, it made the whole experience so much better!
