We recently completed onboarding with Listrak and I was impressed with the hi-touch service we received. The overall competence of everyone we worked with gave me confidence in transitioning four different brands simultaneously. Our Project Manager provided a roadmap and weekly status updates on our progress. When any questions arose, she immediately responded with follow-up steps and solutions. Listrak's technical team handled the integration with Shopify and the data passing to Listrak. It was critical to have Listrak's help building templates and the logic for automated journeys inside our four separate accounts. Their attention to detail allowed me to focus on our marketing effort during the transition. Our Account Manager attended all the meetings and jumped in to assist as we were learning the platform. She scheduled training after our IP warm-up and continues to support us during weekly status updates.
