Newton Baby review for Listrak: Email, SMS & Identity

We have used Listrak for email for several years now because we love how customizable it is. The customer support is also wonderful! Our dedicated Customer Success Manager, and the support staff through their direct chat feature, seems to respond almost immediately. We are able to do pretty much anything we can imagine with email because their team is willing to help us to figure out how to do things that may be a bit more technically difficult. The amount of data they ingest and allow us to utilize is also so great that we've been able to use them + Shopify, while not having to purchase an additional CDP. Other businesses may be different, but the point is, their data, reporting, and segmentation abilities are everything we've needed.
