I recently used LitCommerce for a specific catalogue management task, and it was exactly what I needed. I made a mistake and imported all my catalogue, but I needed to remove it all and re-import only a subsection of my catalogue based on a specific vendor attribute. The functionality within LitCommerce made this process straightforward, and where I needed assistance, the support team stepped in quickly and efficiently. She clearly understood what I was trying to achieve, created a ticket with the technical team to bulk remove the products from my account, and then guided me step-by-step through the correct re-import process using filters.
