I have to change my review of this app, because every since I installed it had so many different problems all the time, and I need to constantly contact the support. The feed doesn't update properly, there is a lot of bugs. This plugin have not been well developed, if you are small store and starting out its okay but I don't recommend it to big stores who can't afford to many problems.
We're truly sorry for the frustrating experience you've had, and we understand how disruptive feed update issues and repeated problems can be for your store. We'd like to clarify that we haven't removed the live chat support function. There was a temporary technical issue with it on that day, and live chat is still available in the app whenever you need us. Our team has reached out to you directly to learn more about the problems you've been facing, as we want to understand and resolve them properly. We genuinely want every store, big or small, to have a smooth and reliable experience with LitCommerce, and your feedback helps us improve. Thank you for sharing your honest thoughts, and we hope to have the chance to turn your experience around.
It is a good App. But could use some AI to generate some fields. And a lot of bugs.
