I started the trial yesterday and made good progress setting up the link between Shopify and eBay. Went to bed and about half of my listings on eBay ended because I didn't have a 1:1 match between the two platforms so everything not on Shopify was delisted on eBay. I used the chat support and Rachel provided expert support with great attitude. My issue was not caused by their platform it was totally self inflicted.
