Nearing the end of the free trial, and so far I can definitely say it is worth it. The app is intuitive and easy to pick up, and contains a ton of helpful guides to make the learning curve simple. It integrates with a ton of platforms, and the exports are almost seamless. Had one small issue with description formatting, but support is a click away. Chloe was responsive and helpful, and was able to answer several questions on the spot and then referred the ticket to the technical team for the last question. If you are looking for a simple way to migrate/expand to new platforms, give the free trial a shot, it is certainly worth a try.

This is day one for me, so I reached out to Lily for some help getting my first listing live. She was patient and efficient, which is always a plus when you’re learning a new platform. Luckily, I figured it out on my own and was able to overcome the software glitch, but it’s good to know help is readily available when needed. It’s very refreshing to have a LIVE PERSON who can troubleshoot issues and offer real assistance as opposed to putting in tickets that don’t get answered. From a seller’s perspective, this is a real game changer…I’m impressed!

Harvey was great in helping me work through a few issues I had when I was working on getting the app up and running. He had attention to detail and took the time to explain where I needed to correct my issues, very good customer support even with a Free Trial!!

The app has a lot of options that can make it sometime hard to know everything about the app. Where Lit Commerce has differentiated itself is their superior customer service. Every time I have had an issue, I have only had to wait a few seconds to have a customer representative on chat and the problem figured out. This includes small user error problems to bigger system issues. I can not say enough good things about this company and this app.

I've tried so many apps in my quest to successfully sync my Shopify and Etsy stores, but none of them work as well as LitCommerce. The support just came in clutch, and they were helpful above and beyond what they needed to be.
