I tested other apps before, but the simplicity and versatility of LitCommerce across many platforms is by far incomparable. Rachel did a great job professionally assisting me with syncing my Etsy store and guiding me through key settings. Thank you for the great app.

The help and support was quick and immediately helping me with channel listings and which subscription would be best for my number of listings. Philip was just great on knowledge of the app and showed me how to do what I needed to do.

so far so good, I've just started so don't really know yet but really need a tool to automate multi channels. I'm in U.S and hours are hard to reach them but they're available on chat and it's not all bots.

Still in the process of getting LitCommerce set up and fully operational, but based solely on the tech support help at LitCommerce, this is going to be the best integrator on planet Earth. I never wait more than two minutes for a help reply, and the tech folks are humans. Real humans. Not bots pretending to be human. (During the few hours tech support isn't available, there is a bot on standby, just in case.) Tracy has spent a lot of time leading me through the setup process today, and there are no words to express how reassuring that is for a new Lit user. Another merchant told me to expect that level of customer service, and he was spot on. I'm sold.

During my support session, the representatives are extremely helpful, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile. They monitored the publishing process, retried submissions, escalated technical checks, and kept me updated every step of the way. Even when Amazon returned vague or incomplete error messages (which is common with GTIN‑exempt Beauty listings), the support team stayed proactive and continued troubleshooting on their side. I appreciate that LitCommerce doesn’t just give generic responses they actually look into the technical mapping, attribute transmission, and Amazon’s backend behavior. Their willingness to follow up, re‑publish, and involve their technical team shows a level of service that’s rare among marketplace integration apps. Been using LitCommerce to connect and sync our Shopify store across multiple marketplaces, and the experience has been surprisingly smooth. The inventory sync works reliably, bulk listing saves a lot of manual work, and the interface is beginner-friendly even for stores managing several channels at once.

LitCommerce has been amazing for me. It's a critical part of my business making sure I don't miss an order from any of my online store locations. Updating and managing listings is pretty easy. I've contacted support twice in 8 months and both times they have been super fast to respond and most importantly - HELPFUL. Highly recommend.

So far so good. The app is incredibly easy to use. Phillip in customer service was amazing for the onboarding. I was an Inkfrog user for many years. I sell one-of-a-kind, Japanese antiques at www.chidorivintage.com. I have thousands of items, and I needed a service that was not cookie-cutter and that would give me the flexibility to do exactly what I wanted. They allow me to import and price-sync without syncing descriptions, and use locked templates that provide no flexibility. Everything is optional here, so you can make the app do exactly what you want. Also, the terminology makes sense. I tried 8 apps trying to replace Inkfrog, and I FINALLY found my match.
