Lily's help was exceptional and helped me navigate LitCommerce for the first time with a lot of clarity and patience!

I've been using the app for a couple of months now and it has helped me manage my inventory well. Support has been very responsive and helpful when I have questions. Just had a session where Lily walked me through the exact steps I needed to do. So helpful!

We are still within the 7-day free trial period and are currently in the process of setting everything up, but so far our experience has been excellent. There have been a few hiccups along the way, mainly due to the complexity of our catalog, but every member of the LitCommerce support team who has helped us over the last several days has been knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. We are connecting our Shopify store with Walmart, eBay, and Amazon. Because our Amazon catalog contains a large number of complex parent-child variation listings, the LitCommerce team has even submitted a special configuration request to accommodate our setup. We really appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile to help make everything work correctly. While we're still in the setup phase, everything has been 5-star so far. The customer service has been outstanding, and every representative we've worked with has been professional, patient, and eager to help. We look forward to continuing to use the platform as we complete our integrations.

I have only been using this Litcommerce for a week, but as a novice with technical products, with the help of Ai, I quite easily managed to sync my eBay store and then import my listings into my website. Needed some assistance today, but that was only due to the fact that we changed our eBay username and it caused a syncing issue. Jack from support had us fixed within 30 minutes. Highly recommence this product, its everything as advertised.

Exceptional support experience! Harvey from the LitCommerce team went above and beyond to help us set up our Amazon listings from scratch. He patiently guided us through every required field, investigated Amazon API errors with his technical team, and monitored our listing process in real time. Setting up Amazon listings is complex and time-consuming, but Harvey made it manageable. He was always responsive, professional, and never rushed us. Highly recommend LitCommerce for anyone serious about multichannel selling.

Had to find a new app to replace inkfrog, and so far LitCommerce seems to be an excellent replacement. I'm only using the eBay marketplace connection for now, but if things continue to go smoothly, I'll likely add the Walmart and/or Amazon connection too. It was a little bit of a learning curve for me as I was just so used to inkfrog. Harvey helped me get the bulk of things set up, but Natalie, Claire and Pauline also responded quickly through the chat box to answer any question or walk me though a setting. The cost is more than inkfrog, but still worth it if it continues to work smoothly.

The app is perfect, I used a competitor before who were slow and outdated but Litcommerce is simple straight forward and everything I need. It handles all automation perfectly every 15 minutes, bulk listing is super easy, and migrating shopify to Ebay is the best compared to every other tool I have tried. On top of this the customer service are instant and they are the biggest help ever, especially Mona. Thank you guys for this great tool.
