I found this app and decided to try the free trial period to see how it works, etc. Later, I canceled the subscription well before the automatic renewal because I decided not to use it for personal reasons. Despite the fact that the subscription was canceled, I was still charged. I wrote an email to customer support but did not receive any response. I would like to get a refund, as the subscription was canceled, but my email was never answered.

2026-03-08 Update: After I wrote the below review, the team attempted to fix this issue. Unfortunately, they were not able to, and I had to search and they attempted to gaslight me into thinking the feature was not there. It was previously and they state they can't re-implement it due to eBay's API. Other multichannel software can do this with eBays API, and I am testing a few to see which one can replace Lit. 2026-02-07: Unfortunately Lit is not as LIT as it used to be. They do add features and that is great! What isn't great is when they remove time saving features and you are forced to figure out a workaround that takes 10 times as long as it did before. 1 instance being if you have a product in Shopify that has say 5 colors and 10 types. You list it to Etsy, then add 2 more types in shopify, you can then tell it to update the variants from shopify and it will do that so you don't have to add them all via etsy's interface. With ebay, you could do that, now you can't, you have to add them 1 at a time using a different page.

Syncing with amazon just includes the products, that's it. Really no customer address or order status/updates etc. Feedback from the support is that you have to copy and paste it manually in shopify or do it on amazon. Ebay integration was fine, also the whole interface and support. But for amazon it's a no-go. Wasted time and money here and deinstalled it finally.

Important: completely useless for Amazon. Order information is not imported and tracking information is not synchronized. Other apps can do this too.

App looks 'ok' until you actually start setting things up. Within one week our task is to test through 3 top Amazon apps to pick the winner despite the price differences. LitCommerce initially looked promising until we started seeing very badly designed app and then diabolically low quality support (rep. Phillip takes the incompetence gold medal).

They were pretty good for a while. Now you have random outages where orders do not sync. Like we all know if you don't despatch on time on etsy or ebay you are penalised. So you hope with these types of apps that they inform you there is an issue with syncing. If they don't they could pretty much ruin your business over night.

they are very attentive, not because of good customer service, but because they knew their app will fail and 100 percent ready to assist just not to loose some client.. my price was set up to increase by 50 fixed price but was listed 50% off instead. lost money for all the orders because of this error. i installed this up 2days ago and since then all my prices are a mess.. up and down.... shoe was supposed to add 100 fixed amount, but listed at 100% more.. was planning to connect to different marketplaces but i don't want to have more orders just because of low ball prices generated by this app. its lower... than the capital, hell yeah... never again... don't advice me to cancel the order because it's auto-fulfil, i trusted that platform for good service, but was wrong about using this LitCom

Disappointing Support Experience – Be Cautious I wish I had read the reviews before trying this app. First, there is no demo or one-on-one onboarding—support is offered only via chat, and it can take a very long time to get a response. Most of the replies feel like canned copy-paste answers from documentation, rather than real help. A major issue arose when dealing with parent/child products that already have UPCs but aren't listed on Amazon yet (i.e., needing to create a new ASIN). Support insisted that I apply for a GTIN exemption, which is incorrect—GTIN exemptions are for products that don’t have UPCs, typically generic or private-label items. Trying to explain this was exhausting. After nearly 4 hours of back-and-forth, I gave up. The app shows potential, but the lack of live support (even paid options) makes it very hard to trust—especially for sellers managing thousands of products. If you're in that category, be cautious before committing.

Stay away, if you have variants and need to submit to Amazon it's impossible, support is inefficient and it's full of errors, they tell to make crazy complicate metafields to fix it, absolutely not recommended, much easier to do it directly on Amazon

Only have bad things to say about this app. I've used another app in the past for Ebay, and it worked great, was able to download 10K+ products in less than 1-2 hours, very user friendly and never needed to reach out to customer service. Add to try another app for a new channel that we now have, and this one is a nightmare. To upload multiple products, you have to uplaod from Shopify, then upload through their templates, then uplaod to the desired channel. For 10K + products, I'm now at 3 days of upload of work. Some download stopped at some point for no reason, and gets frozen. You then have to reach out to customer service, who solve the problem in 12 hours. So you cannot do anything by that point. Also, the pricing mentions X$ for X number of listings. But if you list your items on 2 channels, it means that your listing will be doubling, and therefore you have to take a new subscription tier. For 10K+ products, I had to upgrade to the 20K listing because I had 2 channels. Knowing that upfront, I would have chosen another app, doing the same thing, but way less expansive. I regret a lot taking this app, since now after all of this work, I'm considering just deleting everything and moving on to another app, as the monthly pricing is probably 5X the other available app on the market. Choose another app.

Dose not work very well with Amazon and Walmart. Seems like a great idea but software needs more development and intelligence. Seems to be a Alpha or Beta product still. Had issues like multiple listings on amazon and unable to read product categories. Also had field descriptions not able to read Shopify data fields like color. Support was friendly and eager to help but not able to get to work and received a lot of customer service canned answers. Learning videos are great but not able to get me to the finish line. I put around 15 hours in support to many nights past 1am EST. Support seems to be in far east and only able to reply from 9pm to 8am. Probably will be a great product as it matures. Not interested in being thier R&D while paying for service. Free version dose not give you ability to use product so I paid for premium.

The ap didn't do what I needed it to do and was unclear, even after talking to assistants. There is no way to cancel this ap on shopify, no cancel button. I contacted them to cancel it, they said they would not charge me. They have charged me. I am now trying to get a refund. If you had a CANCEL PAYMENT button, you would not be getting a 1 star review. This is the 3rd time I am trying to stop this ap. Just taking peoples money, with no way to cancel it, is really bad practice. I will be reporting this to my bank fraud team.

Don't waste your time. It does not push tracking information back from your Shopify store to Amazon - the most basic functionality. Why does this app even exist. Do better, Lit. The app is definitely not "lit".

At least for us the app never synchronized either quantity x price on Ebay. I hate the fact that we users have to give a lot permissions to install the app and then later we see that the app did not work, BUT the data was already shared. Avoid it !

If I could give it a zero I could. This app not only was kicked out of ETSY, and my channel discontinued but then after their full denial of this fact which was documented, my Tik Tok shop was cancelled after 1 day due to data flow inconsistencies and "unusual activity", a fact that the vendor refuses to acknowlege eve after lots of documention. As a result of this "Unusual activity", Tik Tok closed the shop and cancelled an order i had already shipped! . Sadly I paid for a whole year of this, to get the discount. Now I want my money back but they are "not available." Avoid this app lke the plague.

The app doesn't work properly. They are telling me that i am having trouble because i don't have GTIN Exemption on Amazon although i have and i am able to sync my product via another app. The worst thing is the customer service! Although they seem online, it takes ages to get a reply and unfortunately the customer service representatives are unexperienced. I don't recommend this app at all.
