I’ve been using LitCommerce to connect my Shopify store with multiple marketplaces, and I can confidently say this app has become an essential part of my multichannel workflow. What really stands out is the support team’s dedication and patience, especially when dealing with more complex categories like Amazon Beauty, which requires dozens of specific attributes and strict compliance. During my support session, the representatives are extremely helpful, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile. They monitored the publishing process, retried submissions, escalated technical checks, and kept me updated every step of the way. Even when Amazon returned vague or incomplete error messages (which is common with GTIN‑exempt Beauty listings), the support team stayed proactive and continued troubleshooting on their side. I appreciate that LitCommerce doesn’t just give generic responses they actually look into the technical mapping, attribute transmission, and Amazon’s backend behavior. Their willingness to follow up, re‑publish, and involve their technical team shows a level of service that’s rare among marketplace integration apps. The platform itself is clean, easy to navigate, and powerful enough to manage listings across Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. Inventory sync, order sync, and product mapping are straightforward, and the interface makes it easy to update product data without jumping between platforms. Overall, LitCommerce has been a reliable tool for my business, and the support team deserves recognition for their professionalism and commitment. If you’re selling across multiple marketplaces especially in categories with strict requirements this app is absolutely worth using. Highly recommended.

Works well when all data is spot on. Some issues with linking orders by variant but customer support is helpful in troubleshooting.

This app seamlessly integrated my Shopify Store directly into the Square app. Harvey was a huge help. I highly recommend the utilization of this for your store.

Good app but cannot large inventories

App is good but has a long way to go until it is great. It's verbiage and process could be streamlined better. Their support system is great, they will take the time to discuss and investigate issues you have. But, it could definitely use some layout updates and simpler processes of settings.

Delivers the basic functions you need to get live on Tiktok/ebay with relative ease. The item set up/configuration can be a little clunky, but it does work. I had a recent configuration issue that I was convinced was on my shopify end, and through great support from Mona it was determined it was a configuration in Lit Commerce. The issue was addressed quickly and greatly improved our order processing with TikTok.

LitCommerce is exactly what you are looking for! Connects perfectly with other sites and is simple and easy to use! Only Docked 1 star because it's a bit slow to update to and from different apps. TBF we're dealing with thousands of listings...

The platform is very user friendly and easy to learn. I moved to this platform from Marketplace Connect (Codisto) to help manage my walmart listings. Setting up the templates and applying them is super easy and convenient. All the support staff has been very quick to help and easy to access. If the first level support can't help, they quickly escalate the issue and get it resolved in a matter of a few days, unlike Codisto who tooks months. After issue resolution, the first level support follows back up and always eager to help. It's nice to know I have a team on my side.

Great app for Shopify–Amazon integration. The only drawback is that customer or address information can't be imported from Shopify to Amazon. Otherwise, it works well for creating product listings from Shopify to Amazon. The excellent part is the support—they reply quickly whenever you need help.

Awesome support team, patiently helps to guide us through the settings for Walmart. I hope they'll make support through video calls an option, though. It would've made setting things up so much faster!

I have paid and tried many of the Ebay Integration Apps, and found LitCommerce to be the best in Support and as a functioning program. Most of the Developers do not use the their own software and don’t realize what is truly needed. LitCommerce Is different in that I never feel lost. Menus are all plain and clear. I love being able to view the products in Large and small Versions (Editing mode). Quit wasting your money and time on other Apps and dive into LitCommerce instead. I have not been paid for this review. I really am a paying customer.
