**Powerful Software That Has Exceeded My Expectations** LitCommerce has been a great tool for syncing our large eBay inventory with Shopify. There was a learning curve at first, but the more I use the platform, the more impressed I become with its capabilities. The Sell Similar functionality alone has helped us efficiently refresh thousands of stale eBay listings—something that would have been extremely time-consuming to handle individually. Their support team recently helped me understand the correct workflow for a specific group of listings, and the information they provided solved my problem. I’m giving four stars because communication with support can sometimes feel more like a debate than a straightforward effort to understand the user’s question. Still, the software itself has exceeded my expectations and includes all the tools I currently need. Overall, I’m very satisfied with LitCommerce and would recommend it to sellers managing inventory across multiple platforms.

The customer support is exceptional. There are a few features on the Channel Sync that could use some clearer instruction depending on the Sales Channel. But the support chat has been a huge helping hand in the process.

Steep learning curve if you are new to automation like myself but the support is really good and has helped me sort through my issues thus far. Some issues with populating in depth item specifics moving product from shopify-ebay (hence the 4 star It does reduce ebay visibility with reduced item specifics) but overall has been a good answer to some major issues I have had with split inventory. I am sure I can upgrade to 5 star in future. Product sync works well.

We just started using LitCommerce with Shopify, our main store, to integrate with Ebay. We sell into the reuse market (vintage, antique, used) so each of our products is a unique listing, no multiple items. Every listing is an inventory of "1", so listing is a major use of time and resources. Having to list each item twice, once on each channel, is a major impact on our economics! We are encouraged that LitCommerce will provide the rich integration environment we need to eliminate the duplication. Their listing templates and rules look to be just what we need fix in the gaps between the data fields in Shopify and Ebay. Their power of their toolkit may relieve us of the "fixing" of missing data that our previous integration app left us with! Who knows! The platform itself is clean, easy to navigate, and powerful enough to manage listings across Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. Inventory sync, order sync, and product mapping are straightforward, and the interface makes it easy to update product data without jumping between platforms. Overall, LitCommerce has been a reliable tool for my business, and the support team deserves recognition for their professionalism and commitment. If you’re selling across multiple marketplaces especially in categories with strict requirements this app is absolutely worth using. Highly recommended.

Works well when all data is spot on. Some issues with linking orders by variant but customer support is helpful in troubleshooting.

This app seamlessly integrated my Shopify Store directly into the Square app. Harvey was a huge help. I highly recommend the utilization of this for your store.

Good app but cannot large inventories

App is good but has a long way to go until it is great. It's verbiage and process could be streamlined better. Their support system is great, they will take the time to discuss and investigate issues you have. But, it could definitely use some layout updates and simpler processes of settings.

Delivers the basic functions you need to get live on Tiktok/ebay with relative ease. The item set up/configuration can be a little clunky, but it does work. I had a recent configuration issue that I was convinced was on my shopify end, and through great support from Mona it was determined it was a configuration in Lit Commerce. The issue was addressed quickly and greatly improved our order processing with TikTok.

LitCommerce is exactly what you are looking for! Connects perfectly with other sites and is simple and easy to use! Only Docked 1 star because it's a bit slow to update to and from different apps. TBF we're dealing with thousands of listings...

The platform is very user friendly and easy to learn. I moved to this platform from Marketplace Connect (Codisto) to help manage my walmart listings. Setting up the templates and applying them is super easy and convenient. All the support staff has been very quick to help and easy to access. If the first level support can't help, they quickly escalate the issue and get it resolved in a matter of a few days, unlike Codisto who tooks months. After issue resolution, the first level support follows back up and always eager to help. It's nice to know I have a team on my side.

Great app for Shopify–Amazon integration. The only drawback is that customer or address information can't be imported from Shopify to Amazon. Otherwise, it works well for creating product listings from Shopify to Amazon. The excellent part is the support—they reply quickly whenever you need help.

Awesome support team, patiently helps to guide us through the settings for Walmart. I hope they'll make support through video calls an option, though. It would've made setting things up so much faster!
