There was a learning curve at first, but the more I use the platform, the more impressed I become with its capabilities. The Sell Similar functionality alone has helped us efficiently refresh thousands of stale eBay listings—something that would have been extremely time-consuming to handle individually. Their support team recently helped me understand the correct workflow for a specific group of listings, and the information they provided solved my problem. I’m giving four stars because communication with support can sometimes feel more like a debate than a straightforward effort to understand the user’s question. Still, the software itself has exceeded my expectations and includes all the tools I currently need.
