Charges are done by Shopify, not apps! As app developers we have to explain this every time; Shopify puts the app charges on your 30-day biling cycle, if you cancel let's say at day 15, you will still see the charge at the 30th day on the combined Shopify invoice. This is done automatically, there is NO way for apps to prevent this. We ALWAYS offer refunds for the last payment, send us your invoice and we refund it asap. Thanks for understanding.
