I've been using **Live Product Options** for almost a year now, and it's been an excellent app for creating custom product experiences. The new **AI chat** is a huge improvement it makes finding answers and setting up features much faster and easier than searching through documentation. The app is very user-friendly, packed with customization options, and the team continues to add features and (help you in a timely manner when needed) that genuinely improve the experience. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful Shopify product options app.

Wir sind mit der App wirklich sehr zufrieden. Anfangs ist sie zwar etwas knifflig und man braucht ein wenig Zeit, bis man alle Funktionen versteht und weiß, wie alles zusammenhängt. Hat man den Dreh aber einmal raus, sind die Möglichkeiten einfach unglaublich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Kundenservice. Bei Fragen oder Problemen erhält man immer schnell eine freundliche und kompetente Antwort. Es wird einem wirklich weitergeholfen, bis alles funktioniert. Die App bietet unfassbar viele tolle Funktionen und Möglichkeiten zur Personalisierung. Für unseren Shop ist sie mittlerweile unverzichtbar geworden. Klare Empfehlung!

Great app - so many customisation options.
We have been using this app for several years. It is robust, lean, and very stable. The front end presents cleanly, allowing users an intuitive experience. I would highly recommend it as a clean solution for allowing your customers to select and purchase your product options and customizations.
