Amazing app and outstanding support! This app has helped us increase our sales by allowing us to offer customization options on some of our products in a simple, intuitive, and user-friendly way. What really makes a difference is their incredible support team. Whenever we run into an issue, have questions about a feature, or need assistance after a theme update, they are always there to help and make sure everything works properly. A special thank you to Michael, Komal, Tanmay, and the entire team for your patience, responsiveness, and excellent support. Highly recommended!

I've been using **Live Product Options** for almost a year now, and it's been an excellent app for creating custom product experiences. The new **AI chat** is a huge improvement it makes finding answers and setting up features much faster and easier than searching through documentation. The app is very user-friendly, packed with customization options, and the team continues to add features and (help you in a timely manner when needed) that genuinely improve the experience. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful Shopify product options app. 10/6/2026 Updating again just because this company is super helpful! I recently reached out for help with a new issue, and the support team responded quickly and helped me get everything sorted. They made getting the job done easy peasy, and I really appreciate their friendly, timely support!
Reading reviews like this motivates our team to keep working hard and improving the app. Thank you so much!
