I’ve been using Live Product Options + Bundle for my Shopify store, and I am really impressed. The app is very powerful and allows me to create highly customized product options with ease. What I like most: • The design looks very professional right out of the box. • The customization possibilities with CSS make it super flexible. • The support is outstanding – Michael and the team respond quickly, take feedback seriously, and even helped me directly inside my store to fix some issues. I can highly recommend this app to anyone who needs advanced product options in their Shopify store!

An incomprehensible app. I worked on it for 10 days to figure out how to set up a customization, but understanding Aramaic is easier. I've been working on product configurators for various CMSs for 15 years, and I've never seen a more confusing and needlessly complicated configurator in my life. There are video tutorials where you can't understand anything about what you're supposed to do, there's no prerequisite for what to do, a diagram, steps, nothing. Everything is left to chance.

We were a bit unsure at first about how to implement it into the “Horizon” theme, but thanks to the excellent support from Cloudlift, we were able to integrate LPO into our shop without major effort.

We've tested several product options apps on Shopify, and **Live Product Options** is by far the most flexible and reliable. The custom logic capabilities and formula-based pricing give us complete control over complex setups. It's perfect for made-to-measure products like ours. The interface is clean, fast, and stable. Most importantly — the support team is absolutely outstanding. Michael from the support team went above and beyond to help us debug a tricky configuration issue. I've finally found everything I need in one single app! I had been searching for a solution that combines product options with volume discount functionality, but all the apps I tried before either only offered one or weren't compatible with each other. Nothing really worked the way I needed it to until now. This app has both features in one, and it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing missing was some simple style settings, like basic color adjustments, but the support team helped me with everything and customized the design exactly how I wanted it. Their help was fast, kind, and super professional. I’m completely satisfied and really happy I found this app!

Live Product Options has allowed me to bring my complex pricing structure – originally managed in Excel – directly into my product pages with full control and flexibility. It's the only app I found that could handle this level of customization. On top of that, their support team is fast, helpful, and really knows what they're doing. Thanks to them, I’ve been able to implement everything just as I wanted. Highly recommended if your store needs advanced product configurations!

I'm very disappointed. The app has difficulty implementing extensive configurations. Customer support confirmed this in writing. Afterward, I'm transferred to a supervisor, who rudely and unprofessionally fobs me off, even though I've repeatedly described all the steps for the desired configuration in as much detail as possible. No support, no insight, and we only had a few configurations in the shop. It would have been easy to familiarize ourselves with the products. No interest in addressing the problem. Many other apps are significantly better. Afterward, I requested a cancellation of the contract, but there was no further response. Those statements are simply not true, Michael. We've been fumbling with your app since February 2025, and the implementation isn't working. Your integration was far too late and was very arrogant and unprofessional. Dear Maren Jackwerth, you sent us 20+ emails and were not able to explain your issue. I offered twice to schedule a call, and you failed to reply. Your review makes incorrect claims, I stand to correct your review; 1. We have many happy customers (see our reviews) with some very complex configurations that process thousands of orders daily. 2. We are one of the best options and customizer apps with extensive features like quantity discounts / bundles / dynamic live preview / price formulas. 3. We always offer refunds when asked.
