The plugin and the support are very professional. I had a problem with clicking on the buttons, and within 10 minutes of opening the ticket, he solved my theme problem.

It is great for creating custom product options because it's highly customizable. Customer support is awesome and provides solutions to issues and bugs.

Terrible app in my opinion. Keeps deleting my pricelists as soon as i save the work. Customer service is very vague and robotic, not providing any specific solution. These developers are money hungry based on the plans and extension you have to buy jut to get certain features. Basically comes to about $50 monthly on top of overpriced shopify.
We have many customers using our price list feature successfully. Our pricing plans start at $9/month, we offer many great features at this price, which makes our app one of the best product options apps available. Eigentlich genau das was ich gesucht hab, jedoch scheinbar unser Kundenstamm nicht, oder noch nicht. Jedoch haben wir uns nach knapp einem halben Jahr entschieden, dass wir den Service vorerst einstellen. Erstklassiger Service, den man wirklich wärmstens empfehlen kann.

I installed the app and worked with it for 2 days. It is very difficult to receive help and communication is very behind.

This app has greatly improved the efficiency of my parcel delivery services. Additionally, the support provided by Michael and his team has been outstanding—they've assisted me without charging for most of the help I've requested. If you're looking for an app that can dynamically calculate prices for products and services, I highly recommend this one.

The issue with the order discount has been perfectly resolved.
Discounts are calculated by Shopify and not our app. We've checked the Discount config and the Merchant did not include the right products. Update: glad the issue has been resolved, thanks for using our app!

We tried some other apps like this and they were very difficult. This one just has so much more information, it's more intuitive, and they are there to help you. We asked for help in other apps and got AI or links to things related to what I was asking. These guys helped immediately. I had live chat help that was great and I also sent an email about another question that was answered very promptly. The pricing seems very reasonable, too.

Very highly customizable, especially with the addition of custom JavaScript code, makes the life of developers easy. The Support team is also kind, and great to talk with as they have the patience to deal with each and everyone of us users.

So I had been in an auto accident and remembering where thing are or how to do them is sometimes hard, i found this app and the support has been epic from video helps from developer and ease of communication also a 5 star.

I probably tried more than 10 different apps that had great reviews, and there were a lot of reviews. However, all of them were completely unuser friendly, did not have such flexible settings, and most importantly, I did not meet such support as here. I had a problem with displaying photos and text, I wrote to support, and you won’t believe it, they responded in 10 minutes, and within an hour the first problem was solved. A day later, they solved the second problem, although it is worth noting that the problem was on my side, due to a conflict with another app. Super cool app, I will use it! Instead of fixing their mistakes, they just dismiss you: Great, the app store is a free market, our app does not seem to be a great fit for you. You can find the best app that meets your needs.
Merchant was sending disrespectful emails. We told them very nicely that the app is not a great fit. Well worth receiving a 1-star review!!

After trying several product option apps (lots of them), this is the only app that meets our very specific requirements. Thanks to the formula options, almost anything is possible. This app is also more than suitable for simpler requirements. When problems arise, support responds almost immediately.
