Carl has been phenomenal to work with! He has gone above and beyond what was necessary to make the transition seamless!!! I 15/10 would recommend this app as its features and customer service is top notch!!! I wouldn't have the flexibility I have on my website without it!

This app is just amazong. Great Features, let's you even remove the Background from pictures customers are uploading. Also the cutomer support is 10/10.

We have been using the different Live Product Apps in several shops for 4 months. With the video help and the text help, it was easy for beginners like me to take full advantage of the apps' capabilities. When I really didn't know what to do, Michael from support helped me very quickly. Thanks Michael. In Switzerland we not only have watches and chocolate, but also very good apps with Cloudlift. Simply Swiss quality.

I was a little unsure about this app intially. It seemed pretty intimidating. And after a few days of messing with it, I couldn't figure it out. I reached out to Carl on support and within 10 minutes he created exactly what I was looking for! I'm excited to create more custom options! Thanks, Carl!

I highly recommend the "Live Product Options" app to any businesses which are looking a perfect solution to create personalization features their product. There are really wide range to find best setup between different persionalization features!!! I've had really good experience with professional support team. The support team, mainly Carl, has pationt to answer all question which popped up at my side. Response time is quick, always providing assistance within few hours. This kind of supprt is truly impressive.

The app has all sorts of combinations that you can wish for with respect to product options. The icing on the cake is the support team. They are too good at their work especially Michael from the Dev team. You don't find yourself in a situation where you have an issue and it isn't resolved within a few hours! Love the app and the support team!

Outstanding application! We absolutely love it. We rely on it for creating personalised stickers and stationery. Having experimented with numerous apps previously, this one stands out as the absolute best. I highly recommend it to any business seeking a live preview of the final product. Just so many issues with a larger store. Also a disaster if you use coupons, particularly collection specific coupons (For example, 20% off all tees). Just a nightmare.
Hi Scott, the issue you are referring to is related to Shopify Draft orders, which don't support all discount types (Platform limitation). Our app now actually supports the newest Checkout extensibility, which supports all Discount types. I hope you can give our app another chance and reconsider your review. Nice app really liked it however it causes a major CLS (Content Layout Shift) in Google Pagespeed. Reported it to developer. Developer keeps talking about deferring javascript dev seems confused doesn't know what CLS is. Problem is the app hijacks the primary gallery image on load causing the primary image to flash and the content to shift on the page hence the CLS issue. Solution is to make the image not change until the user interacts with the options like all the other personalization live preview apps do. Dev suggested adding conditions which then made the primary image blank. Not a solution. Really nice script hope the devs fix it someday.
Hi Merchant, thanks for testing our app! I'm the lead developer of the app and I certainly know about the CLS score. Our app has two preview modes; (1) Directly integrate into the theme gallery, this is limited to a single view (fastest option without affecting CLS score) (2) Replace the theme gallery with our custom app gallery, which is much more powerful and supports multi view previews. (this can affect CLS. Please note that any other app with the same features will have the same effect). Update: our team just released advanced lazy loading features to our app gallery, now images are dynamically lazy loaded based on device viewport size and space in the gallery!

Hi there, This review is about to enhance my experience with Live Product Options. It’s quite about one week i decided to include this kind of personalizer otpion in my website building process. I tried almost all the other competitors app availaibale on Shopify store. And they all messed in some part that i was searching for. I saw that most part of the other app has translation missing option that force you accepting to publish your website with some issues you dont want. Like corellation link with your theme that no one can fix if you don’t know coiding (ilke most part of people i mean). I found this app lately an past 2 complete days to serach for understand how it works and how to manage it. It was a nightmare because there is no tutorial that explain to you how it works and get the specifics you need. Anyway …. i sorted out by myself to get want i wanted, knowing THE PERFECTION of a hard exigences of web design elements giving a high levev of exellent user experience. BUT! …. Some bugs and issues where to fix before to accomplish the Opéra. Impossible to fix by myself because impossible to find from where they can comes from. HERE THE BEST PART …. I was about to give up and search for another app when i decided to contact the service support who responded me in a matter of minutes at the speed of the light … then i got contacted my email from a Technical guy named Tahir …… Tahir Tahir Tahir …. This guy is amazing! in 6 hours we or let’s say HE fixed absouletly everithing i was serching for. Point by Point ….step by step, every emeil return was to telling that he fixed the issue and the ask me again and agains if there’s other stuf i need to get fullyfy sastisfied. THIS GUY … etheir sorted some detail issues that i knew before but didn’t ask anything about because i was wondering to fix my biggest problems rather than bother him with small imperfections that i was ready to live with and publish the website. BUT THIS GUY cames toward me, telling me « i fixed this and this by addind some snipet pieces of code here and here… and by the way i noticed this imperfection and this one and this one…. but don’t worry i made that for you and if you check you will notice the changes « FOR THAT REASON …. if it would possible to give 16 stars to this app …. i would to it …. but first lets give back to César what is owned by César …. IN THIS CASE …. 16 stars to Tahir first and the the 16 Stars to the App. - The most intuitive app that i tried - The most complete app option that i did found - The best user experience you can get, starting from you found the logic behind telling you how it works and get what you are searching for. If i Resume this App in simple few words …. its really easy to use and confortable, since you anderstood how it work …. then you can enjoy the infinte options that’s this App can provide you. AND IF YOU GET AN ISSUE …. This APP gives you AN EXELLENT SERVICE SUPPORT …. FAST AND REALLY EFFICIENT I probably find the Best technical guy in this company … but maybe others are like him … so…. in order to be fair …. i prefer to say… THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE SERVICE SUPPORT TEAM …. AND A BIG BIG BIG BIG BIG BIG BIG THANK YOU TO TAHIR For given me the perfect help i was needed. AGAIN …. THANK YOU TAHIR FROM PARIS WHERE I LIVE AND WHERE I COME FROM. MERCI MERCI MERCI MERCI !
