Great app and outstanding tech support. I tried several apps to add a long list of product options to some of my products, but most were either difficult to use or didn’t provide the flexibility we needed. This app was easy to set up and allows pricing to automatically adjust based on the options selected. The tech support has been excellent. Very responsive with clear communication. They even helped complete the installation by accessing the Shopify backend and updating our theme. Highly recommended.

We recently decided to switch to Live Product Options because of its ability to utilize shared assets and apply changes across multiple option sets. As our catalog grows, this flexibility will allow us to make updates and enhancements quickly without having to rebuild configurations over and over. The team behind the app has also been extremely accommodating. Whenever we’ve had questions or asked about specific functionality, they’ve been transparent about what can and cannot be implemented and why, which we really appreciate. Michael in particular has been very helpful. A few times when we escalated issues, he stepped in and helped resolve them quickly. Overall, we’re very happy with both the app and the level of support we’ve received.

Tanmay went above and beyond to help me out set up the personalization options. he was so patient and cooeprative when I had a couple of issues and he kept working with me on it until everything got fixed.

I've probably tried every app for customizing options. This one combines convenience, easy setup, and extensive customization options via CSS and Java. I had questions about displaying thumbnails in the minicart and main cart, and support helped me with that; we had everything set up within an hour. I'm very pleased.
