The app itself is solid. However, in my opinion, charging extra for exporting to SVG is a complete rip-off! This should be included in the normal subscription.

I had so many questions being a first time Shopify owner and when I tried setting up my own customizations for my Shopify store I was a bit lost. I sent a chat and Tanmay quickly picked up, we got on a Zoom call and spent a hour troubleshooting and helping me fix a few errors I made. LPO has been a lifesaver!!! I was having trouble finding an app that would provide the live product example preview... This app has so much functionality and it is relatively easy to use. There are good tutorial videos and data. And the customer service is fantastic, their response time is very fast to help you fix anything or tell you how to do something you don't know how to do. I highly recommend this app...

Amazing app with so much functionality and capability, with a responsive and friendly dev team behind it. I have several different product types on my store and each requires its own type of product options, from 100+ image swatches to multiple text inputs to custom photo uploads, etc. Pair this app with the Upload-Lift uploader and everything just works so nicely together. Honestly the support is exceptional, i know i am always annoying them with requests and stupid questions but. they always reply in the most professional and informative way, they go on endless threads with me on emails and even share visual explanations made for my case scenarios ... even offered to jump on call with me to explain things in detail for my requests. Honestly without this app and their 24/7 support we are nothing ... especially today is weekend, support is literally still helping me out.. i dont see this from any other apps on the market i swear!!

Nach anfänglichen Problemen sowohl in der App selber als auch im Service hat sich die Sache grundlegend geändert. Ich möchte an dieser Stelle Tanmay vom Service und Michael ein großes Lob aussprechen. Sie haben sich sehr bemüht und zufriedenstellende Lösung innerhalb kurzer Zeit realisiert! Eine kleine Sache hätte ich noch: Es wäre schön, wenn es am Seitenende auch einen "Speichern" und "Produkt ansehen" Button geben würde. Dann bräuchte man nicht immer ganz nach oben scrolen. Macht weiter so, zusammen sind wir auf einem guten Weg!
