We've been using this app for about 3 years with excellent results. Until recently I had not needed any tech support, but when I did, they were VERY quick to respond and help!

I have been using this app for 2 weeks. Our store has more than 10,000 products and 30,000 variants . This app did much better than any of the other apps i have used in shopify ( and over the last several years I have used many search apps ) Filters are amazing and the filters even come in the normal collections . ( Does not happen in many apps) . Great customer support . I have contacted them 5 times and got replies and solutions in 1 or 2 hours . Would highly recommend especially for large variant store like urs www.maplenest.com

I LOVE the idea of my clients and customers being able to 'search' for something in my shop and suggestions pop-up! After I installed and enabled this APP, I reached out for help because there are several ways the APP interacts with your shops' pages. Graham was instrumental in setting-up or using my stores default layout with this APP! I really, really like this APP and my clients and customers are liking it too! This is such a seamless transition that most haven't realized it is an added feature! Thank *you* Graham for your assistance. I appreciate *you* very much!

Shopify sites can not filter collections that have large quantities of products in them and this app fully fixed that issue for us. Our customers can not filter out products based on a number of options for all of our collections- both large and small. I've wanted to make several tweaks to our site that required the help of the Live Search & Smart Filters team and each time I've reached out to them they have been quick to respond and help me make the necessary changes. A+ Customer Service!

Been a long time customer for about 3 years now, and their service and filter has always above and beyond any other on the market. Their premium subscription is worth it for anyone serious with good traffic.

Smart functional preview search backed by great service. I added a new app that clashed with some of the search functions and they were quick to make adjustments that perfectly fit the bill for my particular setup!

Einfach zu benutzende App mit toller Filterfunktion für ganz kleines Geld. Aber was wirklich heraussticht ist der fantastische Customer Service, noch schneller gehts nicht (Antwort und Umsetzung in wenigen Minuten), absolut spitzenklasse! Smooth onboarding with Graham and the application works perfect. Compared to another application we used before, this application provides real time results and no extra time needed for update on a 3rd party server.

I'm pretty particular about the look and feel of our store because I have loyal customers who like things a certain way. This app has added great functionality to them while still feeling familiar to the Shopify-native search set-up. I hadn't realized until recently that our past blog articles were not easily accessible, nor were our special pages. This solves that problem by allowing a search to pull up all of those things as well as items, but keeping them separate so the results are organized and make sense to customers. I had some trouble with it "off the shelf:" I wanted search filters to automatically appear because my customers were used to that, and I wanted the color scheme on the filters to match the site's color scheme. Graham has been very helpful, writing to fully understand my problem and then diving into making everything perfect for our store. It now looks great, feels intuitive, and works perfectly for our customers. Our blog articles are getting more views and as a result, items linked in them are seeing an uptick in sales. Customers have emailed to say they love the new search with photos of items included in it. This app is going to help your customers and your store, and the price is very reasonable - Seriously, what are you waiting for?!

I am extremely happy with this app. I was looking for something simple within my budget that filtered our products when I came across this app. I must say that it exceeded my expectation. The searching and the nice aesthetic of the product list is an awesome bonus. What I love the best is that the filtering works but the developers support customization. Whenever I need something changed they reply to my request fast and make it happen. Getting good and active customer service can be rare in apps so it's greatly appreciated. I have decided to use this app in all of my shopify stores.
