Okas Live Search & Filter

I needed a bit of assistance following a Theme change, reached out to developer who solved the issue within hours. Great support, thank you again. Sometimes providing an App is great but the support is lacking, DEFINITELY NOT IN THIS CASE - Great Support.

We have been using this app for over a year now, great app, we reached out yo them how to hide pages and collections and they responded quickly and came up with solutions that worked, we are very appreciative and are happy to share our experience so others can enjoy.

Truly great and simple app, low cost, and excellent support. It doesn’t get better. Very customizable (with a learning curve), but the team is eager to help if you can’t figure it out yourself.

Instant predictive text, instant results, color customizable, results cover your entire site, great support, etc. Graham was super responsive to customizing our new theme with the app, leaving behind any doubt that there was no reason not to keep the app. I've had it for several years now. Update from a few days after the first review: Due to an update in my theme, my apps had to be redone. Graham came to my rescue again fixing bugs with the search app happily, quickly, and effectively. I really put a lot of value in trust and quick, professional service. The fact Graham grasps the philosophy of our website, that Okas' app compliments our site nicely and leads customers to more discoveries than our navigation can provide, all of this is proof of their caring for a website as though it was their own. INSTALL THIS APP NOW! I can't say this strongly enough; if you are looking for a search and collection filter system this is the one you want! The app is solid, the customer service is fantastic, responsive, and they made multiple back end configuration customizations for me in record time, and I'm shocked at how inexpensive it is. 90% of the options out there are up to $300 a month because of the size of our inventory and I was searching off and on for months, and this just blows them out of the water. The ONLY thing I would say if asked to give a drawback is it takes a few more seconds for some heavy product pages to load, but we have over 20,000 items and dozens of tag groups with hundreds of tags, so that's totally understandable. Your typical shopify store should notice no major difference in load time. If our store can handle it with only a few extra seconds of delay, it will work perfectly for just about everyone else. I would gladly pay a little more for this app from an awesome developer!

We've been using this app for about 3 years with excellent results. Until recently I had not needed any tech support, but when I did, they were VERY quick to respond and help!

I have been using this app for 2 weeks. Our store has more than 10,000 products and 30,000 variants . This app did much better than any of the other apps i have used in shopify ( and over the last several years I have used many search apps ) Filters are amazing and the filters even come in the normal collections . ( Does not happen in many apps) . Great customer support . I have contacted them 5 times and got replies and solutions in 1 or 2 hours .
