This App works great and at a fraction of the price of the other "search" apps. But on top of that, there was a small hiccup in install causing a minor error, and once I brought it to the developers attention, he responded immediately via email and shut off the app while we figured out the problem, and GET THIS, at MIDNIGHT I receive an email telling me he has everything working. WTF! Dude, you stayed up until midnight working on my site. I appreciate you and your app so much, THANKYOU very much Graham!

WOW! Just installed 30 minutes ago. So far so good. Very responsive. Easy setup. Useful customization. I will see how my employees like it after using it for a few days. I'm very impressed with how the search results organize. This should make it much easier for my clients and employees to find information. We have over 400 content pages and 100s of product items. This app is fantastic, its works straight away and the customer service is amazing, would recommend this app over any others , really gave my store the finished it needed

Works great, fantastic value compared to other search apps out there. Fast response for partial SKU search matches. Would definitely recommend.

We re-platformed our website to Shopify the first week of May and have been loving the fact that we can add apps on to meet our business needs. Live Search happens to be one of them. The app is super easy to use but what has impressed me so much thus far is the customer service. One of the app representatives personally helped me complete something for our store rather than me having to figure out how to do it ourselves. Thanks for being so helpful!

Live Search was quite well and the customer service is always responsive. It might take a while for them to solve the issues, but they never give up and, eventually, succeed.

Just installed this app and it helped us set filters for search on our Shopify store. Now customers see our most popular products, and the ones we want them to see first in search. Great app for the price.

This app is awesome, I only wish I had come across it sooner. Once loaded, which is just a few clicks, it starts working immediately. If you don't have it you should.

I use this app as i highly dislike that customers have to input full, exact words on shopify as standard. I had an issue with my paid theme and this app where the search stopped working completely. I contacted shopify and the theme dev which took a week in total! they said to contact this app, so today i contacted them and they had the issue fixed within an hour and had it working better & faster than before! Absolutely amazing service from smart search and i would highly recommend Update - After changing theme we ran into some issues with shopify's native search appearing under the live search one. After a quick email the devs here changed it and it's back to working great again!

The team at Live Search are the most responsive of ANY app that we use! Over a period of a year or so, we have reached out to them on several occasions and they responded within minutes. Sometimes we go days without hearing from any of our other apps. We requested a slight tweak to the functionality of the app and Graham made it happen! We could not be happier with Live Search. :)

Great app, simple to install and use. Never broken on us once. Useful for quick SKU searching too. Would have been nice to have filters on the search page but we'll have to find another app for that. :)
