You have to pay for a year in advance. After 3 months of use, they banned me without notice. They then refused to refund any of my money, and we're not talking pennies here. I gave them $1000. This is a scam company, stay far away.
We take feedback seriously and would like to provide clarification. Channelize offers both annual and monthly plans, with pricing and billing terms clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. In this instance, the account was terminated following a review that determined live streaming activity on the account violated our platform’s Terms and Conditions regarding prohibited content. We apply our policies consistently to protect the integrity of the platform and our broader customer community.

This is by far out best app. So easy to use and the team is amazing. This has taken our business to the next level. The shoppable videos have tripled our conversions on our product page. So interviewed almost every platform at the time and we just felt they had everything. The sky is the limit with this app.

Our account access has been restored and we have successfully gone live again. Thank you to the team for the follow-up and fix. As a suggestion, an in-dashboard maintenance notice would help ensure important messages are not missed.
