We've used this platform for over 16 months and can't fault it. From a technical side it's always stable and the support is second to none (except ours ;) ). Can't work out how to make the chat behave how you want? Just ask them! I have fielded several questions about how to change certain aspects to suit our business and the technical advice is always top notch, often receiving multiple different ways to solve one problem. Keep doing what you do guys, it's a pleasure to work with you

App is easy and convenient for customers to use, makes it easy to assist by showing exactly all relevant information, including their recently viewed store pages and products, as well as what's in their cart. LiveChat customer support is prompt and friendly, Grzesiek solved our problem immediately!
