We have found this app to be pretty powerful, but there are add-ons that you may need which are additional monthly fees. The app is pretty intuitive.

We've used this platform for over 16 months and can't fault it. From a technical side it's always stable and the support is second to none (except ours ;) ). Can't work out how to make the chat behave how you want? Just ask them! I have fielded several questions about how to change certain aspects to suit our business and the technical advice is always top notch, often receiving multiple different ways to solve one problem. Keep doing what you do guys, it's a pleasure to work with you

App is easy and convenient for customers to use, makes it easy to assist by showing exactly all relevant information, including their recently viewed store pages and products, as well as what's in their cart. Seamus was a huge help! We were having some issues with some features on LiveChat and he took so much time to help me figure out what was causing it. He gave me step by step instructions on different troubleshooting options until we finally found the issue. It ended up being a quick and easy fix!! Everything is working the way it should now!
