We have found this app to be pretty powerful, but there are add-ons that you may need which are additional monthly fees. The app is pretty intuitive.

App is easy and convenient for customers to use, makes it easy to assist by showing exactly all relevant information, including their recently viewed store pages and products, as well as what's in their cart.
