The app is great!!! I can literally close sales on the go and handle Instagram and other channels all from ONE PLACE! It’s super reliable, easy to use, and really helps boost my conversions!

Great app that just works. We were mainly looking for a chat application that didn’t require a customer to give us their contact information before starting a conversation. (We felt this limited interactions) We saw a 25% increase in our sales with the automations/campaigns within live chat.

Wir nutzen LiveChat bereits schon sehr lang (seit 2021). Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit allen Aspekten inklusive Konfiguration und Problemhandling. Es treten sehr selten (vielleicht einmal im Jahr) Probleme auf. Falls doch, wird uns sehr schnell und effektiv geholfen. Zuletzt konnte uns Michał sehr schnell die Erreichbarkeit unseres Accounts wieder herstellen.

Great app that works out of the box, but can also be customized to match our site's look + feel. Allows our CX team to handle multiple chats at once, tag for solid reporting, and then track sales for customers that interact with chat.

Our 'go-to' chat app since 2017. LiveChat does everything we need it to do (and them some) Sleek, easy to use interface with lots of features. A bit pricey (especially for some of the AI add-ons), but you get what you pay for. And when needed, the support is instant and super efficient.

It was all good until i want to cancel which i couldn't find how to cancel the subscription after 30 mins...

As with all Shopify apps, uninstalling the app from your Shopify dashboard will automatically cancel your subscription. LiveChat has been great for JetSkiCovers on Shopify. The support is excellent, and features like sending Product Cards and sharing order details during chats enhance customer interactions. Highly recommend for a straightforward and effective customer support experience!

The service is good with one MAJOR caveat- you cannot schedule the chat to stop, so if you forget to close the app, it stays on all night and customers come into the chat when nobody is there. A simple way to have it autostop is much needed.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. You mentioned that you would like to be able to stop the chat after your working hours. I'm happy to inform you that this feature is already in place. Additionally, your chat widget can be configured to provide an experience similar to social messaging apps like Facebook or WhatsApp, allowing for asynchronous communication. This means that you and your customers can communicate even when one of you is offline. You won't have to worry about leaving your customers hanging as they wait for a response. I will send you an email with more details on how to configure the chat widget to provide this feature. ^DZ

App is very nice, but the prices are extremely expensive for SB, They don't honor shopify prices either!

We went from a very basic chat system to livechat because of it's integrations to salesforce and shopify. Pros: The change has been worth it for integrations with salesforce and shopify. The customer service has been phenomenal. Customization for messages when there is a sale, a new product, or an event announcement is great. Was easy to get set-up and running. Wasn't a huge leap for our folks going from a basic system to a more robust one. Cons: I do find it frustrating that I have to be at a third-tier payment in order to access basic analytics I used to get easily from my very basic chat system. I don't find it's "live" list as accurate as my old system. Old used to be pretty much a match to Google Analytics live...this is much lower. Does make me wonder who isn't getting the chat pop-up (but our response numbers haven't dropped so from a KPI standpoint I'm not seeing a huge loss). It is more than we need because we don't use the customer service (ticket) end of the system.

Overly complicated and unintuitive for such a simple use case. I chatted to support and finished my call by saying "Thanks, but I am going to find another solution" and the reply was "You're welcome". Unreal
Ruairi, thanks for posting the review. To start, there are exceptions to some settings/rules -- please review the email that we sent out 7/6; it should clear the confusion. Separately, our support didn't intend to be rude or anything -- they replied "You're welcome" to your last message "Thanks for your help". That's it. I'm sorry that things turned out this way.

Not bad, but it's not the best, we had to uninstall it and move to a better app, we tried to get a refund for the remaining three months of our yearly plan and they refused; that is bad and was not expecting it from a company like live chat who has been in the market for ages and knows we are going thro a pandemic and small business have been impacted. So I do not recommend their service, but I do recommend (Chatra) a trending new app.
Thanks for posting this. To your review, LiveChat subscriptions are generally non-refundable, but we do try to be reasonable about refunds. An explanation of what didn’t work for you and your reasons for requesting a refund is always a good start. So far, we've heard shout-outs to the support team from you; there's nothing on missing features, etc. A member of our team will follow up on your request shortly.
