Game-changer for live selling Since using Live Meet Up, my live sales process has become so much more streamlined. The functionality makes everything easier, from my side and for my customers. My customers have shared that it’s very easy to use, which is huge when you’re selling live. This app has literally taken hours of work off my plate and given me more time to focus on other areas of my business. That alone makes it worth it. Customer support has also been amazing. Kayla has been working with me directly and has been such a pleasure. A super easy-to-use app for your live selling. Support is top-notch, where you can chat with a person instantly for any questions and such. I am still in the process of growing my audience, but I have seen an increase in views. I love that the lives will show up on your website with a robust menu of products you are presenting, as well as links to Facebook and YouTube, which is very important for building videos that are visible on both Meta and Google. Thank you for everything.

Extremely easy to set up and use - and the support team is highly responsive and helpful. I did not livestream to multiple channels, but I did try the set up and it was easy to integrate my social media platforms. I hope in the future they put in a gate to collect emails and names, or at least the social handle of live attendees or replay viewers to understand who is watching. In the future it would also be great to get a transcribed copy of the chat instead of watching the replay.

Great app, they helped us set up, test and onboard without any pushy tactics - let us demo and test at our pace. Any issues we had they were on a call and worked hard to correct them. Truly a great company to work with in a sea of terrible overpriced apps. Pricing is great for the features as well.

This app in top notch. It was easy to use and if there were any questions, the team was right there to help me. They checked in on my progress, answered all questions, and provided informative help. The thing I loved about the app was that there was no need to have another platform to attend. It feels like it is part of my storefront instead of going over to ticktock or you tube to watch the event. My customers effortlessly added things to cart and by the end of my first live, there were a number of items sold. It is HUGE for my small business where it is just me making and selling. I chose to do this instead of heading off to market with boxes and boxes and truck loads of heavy items to set up. I made the same amount of money as if I had attended a large market event. We have been using LiveMeUp for a few weeks now and it has been working great! We love the ability to go live directly on our website, where guests can directly shop on our lives. We love the replay features - the biggest being you can click on a product from the live catalog and it will go to the portion of the video where the item is being shown - so cool! Only suggestion would be to add in a shopping feature when streaming to multiple channels like Facebook, so people watching on Facebook can shop. Other than that, we highly recommend!
