We've thoroughly enjoyed learning to navigate the LiveMeUp platform with the amazing assistance of their support team including Victoria! The trainings have been very thorough with extremely helpful tips and best practices provided. If you're nervous to jump on live selling know that you will be supported. If you sell fashion online… you NEED this app ! Live Me Up has completely transformed how my customers shop. The shoppable videos let them see pieces in real life, on real bodies… and that has had a direct impact on conversions. It’s simple to use, looks beautiful on the website and integrates seamlessly into the customer journey. What really stands out though is the support. Kyla and the team are incredibly responsive and genuinely care about helping you get results. I was recommended this app by another business owner… and now I wouldn’t be without it.

Game-changer for live selling Since using Live Meet Up, my live sales process has become so much more streamlined. The functionality makes everything easier, from my side and for my customers. My customers have shared that it’s very easy to use, which is huge when you’re selling live. This app has literally taken hours of work off my plate and given me more time to focus on other areas of my business. That alone makes it worth it. Customer support has also been amazing. Kayla has been working with me directly and has been such a pleasure. She's very patient, helpful, and walking me through different aspects of the app to make sure I’m fully set up and confident using it. Highly recommend Live Meet Up if you’re serious about live selling and want to simplify your workflow.

The entire crew at LiveMeUp has been so hands-on, supportive, and responsive to my questions. A super easy-to-use app for your live selling. Support is top-notch, where you can chat with a person instantly for any questions and such. I am still in the process of growing my audience, but I have seen an increase in views. I love that the lives will show up on your website with a robust menu of products you are presenting, as well as links to Facebook and YouTube, which is very important for building videos that are visible on both Meta and Google. Thank you for everything.

Definitely helps make the live streaming experience less intimidating and helped me achieve goals with more traffic and reach for my store. Customer support is the best out there, and I’m looking forward to what features they come out with next.

Extremely easy to set up and use - and the support team is highly responsive and helpful. I did not livestream to multiple channels, but I did try the set up and it was easy to integrate my social media platforms. I hope in the future they put in a gate to collect emails and names, or at least the social handle of live attendees or replay viewers to understand who is watching. In the future it would also be great to get a transcribed copy of the chat instead of watching the replay.

Great app, they helped us set up, test and onboard without any pushy tactics - let us demo and test at our pace. Any issues we had they were on a call and worked hard to correct them. Truly a great company to work with in a sea of terrible overpriced apps. Pricing is great for the features as well.
