It is connecting to the wrong LionWheel account, and attempts to resolve it by clearing cache, reinstalling, and reconnecting have failed. LionWheel support is not responding

I paid the company and I received no support from them about the problem with Shopify! There is a major problem with syncing the orders and sending notifications to customers and the company doesn't care!
