Managing deliveries across 10 pharmacy locations in a busy city like Cairo is extremely challenging. Super Local Delivery helped us organize and scale our delivery operations in a way that was previously very difficult using manual processes. The routing, delivery zone management, zone based shipping rates, scheduling, and driver workflows gave us significantly better operational visibility. Our dispatch process became faster, delivery coordination improved, and we reduced a lot of confusion between stores and drivers. One thing we really appreciate is that the Toolstr team understands local commerce operations very well. They were willing to adapt the platform to match our operational requirements instead of forcing us into rigid workflows. The app has become a core part of our daily operations and continues to evolve with our business.

Super Local Delivery significantly reduced our operational load by enabling one-time route creation, automatic order closing, and smoother coordination with riders across multiple vendor pickup locations. The rider app is simple and practical, though further simplification for non-tech-savvy drivers and an “external delivery route” option for third-party logistics would make it even more powerful. Overall, it’s a reliable, real-world logistics solution backed by a responsive and helpful support team.

I’ve been using the app for two months now, and everything is great — customer service is excellent. Yes, there’s one thing — and it seems it will be resolved soon — which is allowing the customer to drop a pin on the map to mark their address accurately. Other than that, the app is fantastic. It has made things much easier for me, and I’m now able to manage deliveries comfortably.
