Love the customer service! The company I work for just launched a new website on Shopify, and I have been tasked with fixing all the bugs we've had. I was having trouble figuring out how to do certain things on the app, and Ehsan has been incredibly helpful. He has been super thorough with his guidance, and I appreciate the level of customer service from the people at Scroll Engine!

Jour et nuit toute la semaine la team, spécialement Ehsan, se montre compréhensif et fait tout de son possible pour m’aider à mettre en place l’application tout en répondant à mes besoins et mes attentes. J’étais au départ, septique pour l’application mais ayant eu l’aide des développeurs qui ont su écouter et résoudre tous les demandes, tous les problèmes j’en ressors aujourd’hui satisfaite et également reconnaissante pour le temps et l’investissement que toute la team, developper et Ehsan m’a accordée. Concernant l’application, c’est une bonne application si vous avez besoin de proposer des retraits et des livraisons à des jours et heures spécifiques, l’application saura répondre parfaitement à vos besoins. The developers did a great job of helping me customize the app's features for my specific store. I had a specialty use case, and they were very responsive in helping me set up the app to work flawlessly in my store.

I tested 4–5 different apps and finally decided to use this one. As an all-in-one app within the Shopify ecosystem, it is honestly hard to find a real alternative. The setup is very easy, and you can create delivery zones using both postal codes and the map. The app covers our needs more than enough. The pricing is also very reasonable compared to other apps, where we were paying much more. The support team listens patiently and provides professional help. Overall, it is a strong and reliable application, and I definitely recommend trying it.Thanks
