Love working with the Local Delivery + Pickup guys. Installed the app in a store in México and ran into some issues at first. They worked with me to resolve them like champs! Definitely recommend if you deliver localy or have store pickup.

The customer service is no joke! This is my 3rd delivery app (due to the others not being compatible, too difficult to understand or lack of help) Local Delivery + Pickup was neither of these. First it was fairly easy to plugin to my website, however when I did come across an issue the customer service team responded in a timely manner + hopped on a Google Meet call to walk me through it. Turns out it was a very simply solution but they took the time time to make sure I was confident with the platform. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had to switch my delivery app at the last minute before go-live and this team has been amazing. Communication was clear which I appreciate. They try their very best despite timezone difference and hoped on quick calls. Prompt changes to app features were also made to accomodate my business. Thank you to the team!

An excellently created app. Our company is so fortunate to have found an app that is user-friendly and meets our needs, and also has a development team who are phenomenal at customer service. They are patient, hardworking, friendly and put in a lot of effort for all their users. We have had a few meetings and stayed in touch on chat to make sure our business settled in properly. They go above and beyond and even meet with us when it is late at night (in their timezone). We are very excited to continue using this app!
