I had a specific request to hide the language switcher for English-speaking visitors, and although it wasn’t a built-in feature, they didn’t hesitate to escalate it to their engineering team for a custom solution. They kept me informed throughout, got the necessary access, and took my concerns seriously. If they manage to solve this, it will really improve the user experience for my store.
