We’ve had an exceptional experience working with Logistified—specifically with Nicola. We were transitioning from Stocky, and even though we knew it wasn’t the best fit for us, there’s always some hesitation when trying something new. Nicola completely eliminated that uncertainty. He’s taken the time to meet with us multiple times, has always been prompt, generous with his time, and incredibly responsive. What really stood out was how quickly he implemented features we needed—it genuinely felt like we were being heard and supported at every step. We’ve been blown away by both the product and the level of service. Highly recommend.

The team behind Logistified has been phenomenal to work with. The app offers powerful forecasting capabilities and a level of flexibility that’s refreshing, especially since many native Shopify features can feel quite limiting. Our team uses Logistified to support our forecasting and overall inventory management. In full transparency, we’ve had a few complexities due to the way our business operates that didn’t perfectly align with the initial setup in Logistified. However, the team has been fantastic throughout the process—taking the time to understand our needs, implementing several of our suggested improvements, and adding others to their public task list so we can easily track progress and see when updates are being worked on. Some of our asks were purely a misunderstanding on our part and the team at Logistified was excellent to help explain how their solution does in fact solve our problems. Overall, we’ve been very happy with the product and the customer support behind it. Need more apps and developers like this!!

Finally, a real alternative to Stocky! I had been searching for a solution that doesn’t just match Stocky but actually goes beyond it — and that’s exactly what Logistified delivers. The team continuously builds new and genuinely useful features that make a real difference in day-to-day operations. The new Stock Transfer feature, for example, has been a big win for us. You can tell this isn’t just a maintained app — it’s actively developed with Shopify merchants’ real needs in mind. The onboarding was excellent as well. I had a great conversation and a very helpful introduction with Nicola — knowledgeable, practical, and straight to the point. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a modern, powerful alternative to Stocky.

Logistified has become a key tool in our inventory planning. The forecasting is accurate, easy to understand, and extremely helpful to anticipate stock-outs and plan reorders with confidence. The KPI dashboard gives us a clear, 360° view of our inventory performance, and the purchase order logic (MOQ, lot size, lead times) is very well designed. The integration with Assemblified is a real strength, allowing us to connect finished products with raw materials and manufacturing needs seamlessly. On top of that, the support team is excellent — Nicola is very responsive and genuinely listens to feedback and improvement requests. A very powerful inventory and planning solution at a highly competitive price.

We have been using Logistifed for a couple of months for inventory management and seasonal forecasting. Coming from Fabrikatör, this app provides four times the value at a more attractive price point, offering various forecasting models to prepare for different scenarios. Additionally, with the integration of another app called Assemblified, we can conveniently manage our raw material and third-party product inventory and purchase orders, all in one interface. Best of all, Nicola and Johannes are highly responsive to feature requests and support, making the transition to and use of their apps very straightforward.
