The app is very easy to use and fits for purpose! Also the customer service is very good, always replying back in a timely manner and fixing any issue that might come up.

The Support team doesn't answer. I need help to cancel my subscription. I have been charged while I have uninstalled the application ans was not using it. So I need help to cancel the subscription, send multiple messages to the support team but there is no answer.
Hi, we did receive your enquiries and did reply to them, please check your junk folders incase the response has gone in there. We definitely did replied before you left this review. To cancel a subscription to a Shopify app simply uninstall it from your store and you will no longer be charged. You can uninstall an app by going to settings then "Apps and sales channels" and uninstalling your apps there. If you require any further assistance please just ask. I found this app very easy to navigate. The developer was very quick to respond with any questions I had or support I needed. This app satisfied our need to create an easy to use Lookbook for a range of our products. Highly recommend.
