Customer Service is amazing and that's what really counts, this app is amazing can't wait to see the results in more sales. Finally a Lookbook that is more than just images.

Beautiful app took 5 minutes to install and get working, but where the app really stand out is the excellent customer support. Needed some assistance with custom coding they went over and above to make it even better than I thought. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Easy to setup, no coding required. I tried different apps to feature lookbooks on our men fashion website and this was definitely the winner.

The aesthetic of the LookBook is exactly what I was searching for in designing a jewelry ecommerce site and I'm so happy with how it turned out! It was super easy to upload new products and customize the colors. The support staff was amazingly helpful in helping me set up a pop-up view horizontal slideshow. Thank you for developing this user-friendly app!

A NOTE OF CAUTION: We've been using Lookbook since April and while it is seemingly easy to use, be wary of SERIOUS bugs and developer issues. We were hoping that by now many of these bugs would've been fixed as there aren't many options for Lookbook apps, but they are still ongoing and the support team is zero help. We have gotten multiple customer complaints about the functionality of the app, lost sales and wasted huge amounts of time trying to work with team members ****** and ****** to get these things sorted. Be aware that the team is out of Australia and they WILL NOT make an effort to work with you outside their very limited hours. ***If you are trying to use this app in the UNITED STATES: for some reason there are many more issues that their team is unable to see or fix. We had to send them videos of it happening and even still they don't know what to do. While it's a nice app in theory, it's still in the early stages of development and definitely NOT worth $29/month. Just make sure you test absolutely everything before making public to your customers (and have your own IT team available to help when things go wrong).

The app itself is great, easy to use and works perfectly the way I want it to. Mod Media is also great with their support, answers my questions every time and goes extra mile for customization.

The link throughs to the products page are excellent tools to support our online store and provide visitors to the website with a multi-layered experience that online shoppers look for. We were looking for a good way to show off our wide range of photography and LookBook is perfect for doing just that. It couldn't be easier to use and provides a very high quality result. Good customer service too- we wanted to customise our lookbook to fit in with the rest of our website and nothing was too much trouble. 5 stars!
