La app contiene fallos, como el uso de un checkout alternativo al genérico de shopify, la falla en la traducción de textos para tiendas multilenguaje y parámetros incorrectos o fallas a la hora de subir imágenes en el diseñador de productos. Además el equipo de soporte es muy lento para resolver dudas o ofrecer asistencia.

Even though app says live support, one day they just decided to remove it, when you send them a message on messenger they say for shopify you need to email them. Haven't heard back from them since. App is filled with bugs they don't bother to solve, they only give temporary solutions. For example in more than one instance I downloaded a design customer made as a pdf, and the pdf file was wrong so we produced and sent out a wrong order. When I contacted the support they asked me to use the other download methods so basically you will always have to double check. Do not bother paying for this app, its clearly not made for shopify.

Great software for custom printing business, has a lot to offer but has room to improve. Definitely good for the price. Hard to install but the support team has been incredible and has helped with absolutely every issue I've had.
