Great software for custom printing business, has a lot to offer but has room to improve. Definitely good for the price. Hard to install but the support team has been incredible and has helped with absolutely every issue I've had.

Jade and the rest of the Staff that helped me did an excellent job in resolving an issue I had with the app. They walked me through it and also did extra in removing some buttons I felt were not necessary. I recommend this app to creators like me. Thank you for the great work!

I believe it's a great app but is a little challenging to get started. Support is very good though. I just wish I would have made contact sooner.

Lumise is without a doubt the best product customiser in the world. Many of the features cannot be found in other customisers. An entire business can be created by simply using Lumise. My big disappointment is Shopify not allowing Lumise to have an Image upload resource or show a preview of the customised product. Note to Shopify: Please enable this! Lumise support is truly awesome! Quick and very helpful. Buy it today, you will not have any regrets.

I have been using the app since 2022, Just as satisfied as today, knowledgeable and helpful staff who always help. They have really been there for me since I started my business. I strongly recommend everything is so simple on the app also if you have questions you have knowledgeable staff who really help and get started with your business. Extremely simple app with robust customization options. Fantastic for both users and shop owners who are looking for a simple, user-friendly tool. After contacting Andy from customer support, who assisted me along the way and made my job much easier, we will be switching our shop completely soon.
