I will try to write my experience in some detail, in order to clarify the experience with this application for Shopify merchants. Before subscribing to the application, I had looked at the feedback for the application based on the experiences of other merchants with it. The only negative thing about it was that the product inventory after installing the application appeared to me to be very low, and this caused me confusion, so I deleted the application after adding it 6 hours later, and the subscription price was not deducted by the team, then I wrote feedback in which I doubted the product inventory..! Despite a one-star rating, the team was incredibly helpful, polite, and kind. They explained that the low inventory was intentional, designed to prevent oversold items, which reassured me. They even offered me a free monthly subscription, a very thoughtful gesture that demonstrated their honesty and integrity. Throughout the month, every inquiry I sent was answered the next day. They responded to my questions with complete honesty, consistency, and kindness, without ever showing any sign of fatigue or boredom. This made me feel their genuine commitment and tireless efforts to ensure customer satisfaction. Their answers were comprehensive, thorough, and detailed. I also noticed that the app's design—its ease of installation, automatic product listing without any manual intervention, automatic pricing, high-quality images, descriptions, and automatic product categorization—was exceptionally sophisticated, user-friendly, and well-organized. I've never seen an app with such ease of use, pleasant user experience, and a user-friendly, organized, and elegant product listing system! They also informed me that order fulfillment was automated as well, requiring no manual intervention. Honestly, this is a fantastic app, and it's clear they've put a lot of effort into designing it to satisfy the discerning tastes of their customers! I haven't found this level of sophistication and excellence in any other dropshipping app for over a year. I've been searching for one with such comprehensive features, and that's why I delayed opening my store. I prioritize reliable suppliers, fast shipping, and high quality. When my store opens soon, I'll also share my experience with fast shipping with my customers. Therefore, I highly recommend this app to any dropshipping merchant looking for distinction, sophistication, and luxury that suits

I’m impressed with the way the app structures collections. Mapping categories and attributes made my store layout more organized, and the import speed is very good.

What I appreciate most about Luxury Distribution is the automated order processing and the accurate delivery updates being pushed back to Shopify. The category mapping and size attribute mapping are extremely useful, especially when working with bigger catalogs. It’s been reliable and easy to work with.

I’ve been using Luxury Distribution for over a week now, and the real-time product syncing has been smooth from day one. The category and attribute mapping made it easy to organize products in my Shopify store. The automatic order fulfillment is also working perfectly. Really solid app so far.

We paid Luxury Distribution expecting a professional solution, but it turned into a costly mistake. Most of the items we offered through them were actually out of stock, so almost every order was cancelled. This caused us major financial losses and a lot of customer frustration. They charge high commissions while sourcing products from boutiques in Italy, but the inventory and order system just isn’t dependable. Because of how much this affected our business, we’ve taken formal legal action. I wouldn’t recommend this app based on our experience.
This review appears to be misleading, as the account in question never transitioned into a paid subscription or completed onboarding. Our records show only a few hours of trial access — no orders, no transactions, and no billing activity ever took place. Luxury Distribution operates with real-time inventory directly from verified European suppliers, and thousands of merchants successfully process orders daily through our system. We welcome honest feedback from verified users, but in this case, the experience described does not reflect actual platform use. Incredible Platform for High-End Products – Finally! As a store owner based in the middle east, it's always been challenging to source and dropship authentic luxury items with confidence. The Luxury F Distribution app has completely changed that. The product selection is genuinely high-end, shipping is faster than expected, and everything integrates seamlessly with our Shopify backend. The content (images, descriptions) is professionally done, which saves us a lot of time, and the customer support has been top-notch—quick, clear, and very helpful.

We had a disappointing experience with this app. Despite working with the company for some time, every order we placed was out of stock, leading to significant losses in advertising expenses and the fees they charged. When we requested a refund for the app fees, our request was denied. We advise others to be cautious before using this service.
