UPDATED REVIEW: Invalid Tracking Numbers that negatively impacted my Amazon account, Late Shipments, and Overcharges They should be called BugHero as their system is always making some mistakes due to some bug. I first rated ShipHero 5-stars due to their outstanding customer support. But after 3-4 months of using them unfortunately I have to update this review. Their system is incredibly buggy. They ship with DHL Ecommerce which is a very incompetent carrier that not only ships incredibly slow but also generates invalid tracking numbers. Then ShipHero updated these invalid tracking numbers to my Amazon account and I got slapped a few times by Amazon with notifications of high invalid tracking rates and this put my account at risk. I then deactivated my ShipHero/Amazon connection and did it all manually. This is a very cumbersome process with ShipHero as they have no option to do it in their app. You have to download a csv file, fill it and upload it. After more than one month since I signaled this, they still haven't resolved the issue. In fact it's worse. They provided invalid tracking numbers for 5 orders and now they barely answer. I keep asking them to provide me the correct tracking numbers and they just won't answer me and when they do, they tell me to hold as they are dealing with multiple clients, even though I contacted them a day before. My orders are now past the allowed processing time on Amazon, so again I will be slapped by Amazon for late shipments. One other big issue with ShipHero is the overcharges. I found multiple overcharges and have sent them a list more than 2 months ago. They said that their warehouse team will look into it and get back to me. Nobody reached back. And when they do refund you an overcharge, they don't have any way to track it. They'll just say that they'll refund you on your next invoice, but when I asked about a way to track these refunds, whether on the invoice or somehow else, they just said that there's no way to track them. So I'll just have to take their word for it. Another big con, is that they are very expensive. I have one item that costs me $7.9 to ship with Amazon and almost $18 with ShipHero The only good thing about them is the Customer Support and that's only during the offpeak season.

Yet another 5-star review for ShipHero. Before ShipHero, we were fulfilling 20-30 orders a day from our shop, something that would take an hour or two out of every day. We thought about hiring someone, but between the cost of labor, shipping, and packing materials it ended up being basically a draw with the cost of ShipHero. And since our shop is in the middle of nowhere, significantly slower than ShipHero. We brought ShipHero online the day before I left for a weeklong vacation. Silvana went the extra mile to make sure that our first shipping plan was received just minutes after it arrived at their warehouse and I got to see some of the first orders being fulfilled as I drove out of town. What a relief! Since then we've had the pleasure of watching our orders fulfilled usually in less than 30 minutes from the time a customer places them and our production schedule has moved to building and shipping cases of product instead of building for the days shipments. In over 1000 shipments so far we haven't had one error report from a customer. I especially LOVE the picture you can see of every packed shipment before it goes out the door. Searching for a fulfillment company is one of the worst parts of ecommerce. So many choices, none of them seem differentiated, pricing is complicated and hard to compare between them. ShipHero is the real deal - super fast everything, excellent customer service, and priced about the same as what it would cost to do it yourself. Stop searching and go grow your business again. Go with ShipHero!

After a year of dealing with FBA issues we decided to switch fulfillment centers and it has been awesome. They do a really good job with onboarding and making sure you are set up for success. Any issues that arise are addressed very quickly by actual people and their platform is easy to navigate.

This service is a total game changer! I no longer have to worry about fulfillment. The onboarding experience was really easy and the customer support is first rate. They are very helpful and continue to support along the way. Highly recommended for anyone looking to grow their e-commerce business.

Marina has been amazing when helping us to onboard the fulfillment service! We had a slightly complicated setup in terms of SKUs and packaging of orders. She patiently finds the best solution for us, pulling in other colleagues to help when needed, just to ensure everything goes well for us. I'm grateful for her help and I'm excited to fulfill our orders via ShipHero! Thanks to Danielle and Julia as well for the help along the way! You guys are amazing!

You'll love it - The system they have and the integration with Shopify are phenomenal. What I like about them is a simplicity and a straight to the point support. If you are a busy person in need of 3PL, you are at the right place.

ShipHero is a good company to work with. They have helped me cut hours out of my day by doing our fulfillment orders. We even opened an east and west coast warehouse to cut down on shipping times for customers. The customer service team (especially Carina and Mario) are like an extension of our team. They are there every day to help smooth out the wrinkles of daily fulfilment. We are very satisfied with how ShipHero has allowed us to work on our business instead of working in our business. Sign them up!

If you are still fulfilling your own products, you are an idiot. These guys are a game changer for your e-com store. I've been using for some time and couldn't be happier all around. The times i've had issues with freight carriers or returns, the customer support live chat has been great. Setup isn't too big of a hassle and is well worth it in the long run. Can't recommend enough!

I cant recommend Ship Hero highly enough! Belen Giglio specifically is my hero! Belen and the team have been excellent in helping me organize the fulfillment side of my granola business. The tech is seamless and everything has gone to plan with this extremely dedicated and responsive team. very well done!

Really am very pleased with Easy Fulfillment (ShipHero), the onboarding calls were to the point and helpful, getting stock on to their shelves a breeze, and their packing and shipping has been great with my customers being very pleased with the delivery times. All very important when I'm based in the UK and looking to grow my business in the US. I've been using ShipHero for a couple of months now, and when needed, customer services are super helpful, with a chat facility and friendly people on the other end. Special thanks to Mario, Bel and Bela.

This was my original review when we started with ShipHero: This app is actually just an integration with an AMAZING order fulfillment company. We did a lot of research looking for a 3rd party shipping partner and landed on ShipHero. We couldn't be any happier. Their shipping management software is incredible, their pricing is super affordable and their support team is out of this world. Definitely give them a try. Here is my updated review after we decided to leave and do our own fulfillment: As you will see in many recent reviews, mid 2022 something happened and things really started to go wrong at ShipHero. They started losing products, it would take weeks before they would receive a shipment of products from our vendors and make them available for fulfillment. Orders would not ship for days after being labeled as ready in their app. The support is absolutely pitiful and in many cases there is simply no resolution. I highly recommend to stay way from this option if you can do your own fulfillment (Shopify makes this so easy) or look for a different 3rd party option.
