Absolutely phenomenal app, one of the best support teams I have encountered in a Shopify App. Always responsive to our needs and willing to work with us to get to what works. We are a video centric commerce brand that is perfect for this app. If you have a lot of video content that helps you drive sales then this is the app for YOU!

We've been using them for the last 6 months and it has been nothing short of extraordinary. The support is responsive and helpful. The onboarding video is crisp and clear. It definitely adds a degree of legitimacy and authenticity to our store. We love the scrollable UGC as it speaks more than reviews and in a different way. The price is a little steep, so would love if it could hopefully come down in the future, especially for up and coming stores. Some feature ideas that might be really helpful: - If a user purchases from our store, is it possible to know if they interacted with the Lyve widget. This way we can truly know and attribute it's ROI. - Speed up the app/widget so that it doesn't slow down the page as much. Thanks for the great app!! :)

My company has been using LyveCom for a couple of months now and the experience has been nothing short of outstanding. The support team has been incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns I had. The features offered are well-designed and user-friendly. We highly recommend them!
