10/10 SO FAR + AMAZING SUPPORT M2E has made multichannel selling much easier for us. Connecting Shopify with Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, and OTTO was straightforward, and the product and order sync works reliably. What truly impressed us, though, is the support. Even though we’re still growing and not a large enterprise client, we were treated with real care and priority. Ann, who supported us, was exceptional — fast, patient, and genuinely committed to helping. In some cases, she even recorded screen videos to walk us step by step through errors and explain the exact solution. That extra effort made a huge difference for us.
