I reached out to Madgic Order Limits Quantity support with questions around multi-currency behavior, as our future store operates with multiple currencies. I received a response very quickly after submitting the request. Ryan reviewed our setup in detail and clearly explained how currency conversion works within the Madgic app. He confirmed that for min/max order value rules, the amounts must be configured in the store’s default currency. For example, to enforce a €150 limit, we needed to convert the amount and set the rule as £129 GBP, which worked exactly as expected. He also confirmed that the rule would correctly prevent customers from placing orders once the limit is reached — exactly what we needed. Great support, clear explanations, and the app works for multi-currency stores.

I have a very simple need at the moment. I wanted to limit purchases of my product to just one and wanted an app that could provide that message both in the cart and also on the checkout page. This was perfect and took just a few minutes to set up and implement.

The support agent is very supportive and help me all the way via the troubleshoot. The app still have much to improve though. Will try more and see if upgrading to paid version.

Wanted to love this app but it unfortunately didn't do everything that I needed it to. The support I received from Katy was incredible.
