Editing my review after getting immediate followup & support from tech team. They did fixed the issue and it's now working well on both devices that's why I'm increasing the stars though I can't delete the old review to maintain the authenticity & fairness. First Review - "Not responsive to the vessel theme, It was coming as small window on desktop, also only 2 display layouts are available in free plan."

I’ve installed this app on several stores I manage and it’s been a huge help. Setup is quick and the interface makes customization simple, even for non-tech users. What really stands out is the support team—responses come within seconds and they immediately jump in to resolve any issue. A special thanks to Chloe, who was amazing in helping me quickly fix a display issue I was having. My only small wish is for more product tags on the free plan (currently limited to 5), which feels a bit restrictive. Other than that, it’s a fantastic, reliable tool that I highly recommend.

Friendly, fast support even helped us fine-tune the CSS in under an hour. CSS modifications will try to match our custom requirements within minutes. We had shoppable Reels, TikTok videos, and UGC live on our store—auto-synced, 100 % mobile-friendly. So Great!
