Amazing and super fast customer service!

I'm so excited about this app! We are running a fundraiser on Shopify (for certain products) and I couldn't figure out a way to collect info that gives credit to those driving traffic. The Magical Custom Fields app shows up next to the product and is so easy. Customer service was great to help me figure it out when I was not installing it correctly. This is going to make my life so easy for what I'm trying to do, thank you!

Easy to set up and really adds value to my store. I've already seen increased order values. I needed one small customization and the customer service team was awesome and fast. A friend recommended this app to me and I'll be recommending it to everyone I know with a Shopify store!

I've had multiple support requests for Magical Fields do to the complexity of what we offer, and what we expect internally to keep our operation running smoothly. The service is always excellent and fast. And while this app still doesn't do EVERYTHING that we would like it to, it does make it possible for us to offer our products via Shopify. We couldn't do this without them.

Works very well for our floral web site to allow us to put in extra fields (e.g. Card messages). Simple set up and go for us (shopify newbies!). Also, they did some work for us as well to include those extra fields in the order confirmation emails as well, which is great.

We've been using them for about 18 months now. We got tech support from them on Thanksgiving Day to help fix a mistake we created. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you Max and team.

This app makes it possible to offer more options to my customers. It is easy to use and they respond very quickly to inquiries for assistance.

The app works fine and do its job. We had some problems with it (compatibility with the “buy it now” button), but the support team was as quick as possible to help sort it out and self-corrected the problem within a day.

It works beautifully to require customers to submit measurements for our products that require them to order. It is saving us so much time not having to follow up with customers who didn't read directions for products that are made to measure!

This app is exactly what I needed to streamline custom orders and label group orders. It is simple to use and the customer service has been incredible!

Fantastic app for our products that require custom fields. This has helped us make countless schools happy by being able to put "teacher name", "student name" , "grade" etc.. Developer is quick to respond with assistance and always helpful.

This app is good! I do wish there was a little more logic possible, especially with fields from the order that are managed outside the app (in my example I wanted to make certain form fields required depending on ship method), but within the scope of what it promises, this app does what it says it'll do. The support was very speedy and professional as well! I am uninstalling it because my need for it got omitted from my current project, but if I have a need for it again, I wouldn't hesitate for a second.

This app plays a huge role in 2 of our sites and works perfectly. We had a few issues and questions while building the sites but the customer service was there to help and answer questions within hours. Highly recommend!!

The color of the words didnt match my site and they fixed it in less than 24 hours

Great way to collect additional data in a clean way without needing to upgrade the fields on checkout page. I'd recommend it to all service based businesses.
