Great customer support. Had an issue but they were very responsive and resolved the problem right away. The app is working great and I have very specific forms on each variant. So far the way the form changes dynamically on a product has been great.

Very simple installation, I used the app to add a drop down form on my product page which then comes through on the order. This worked well. I did get quick and efficient support during my installation has had a small issue caused by my lack of skills. Nice work guys, thank you.

O aplicativo atendeu as minhas expectativas, muito satisfeita. Não consegui fazer sozinha a configuração da app na minha Shopify, entrei em contato com o atendimento e fiquei muito satisfeita com a preocupação, a atenção, disponibilidade e todo cuidado que tiveram para que tudo ficasse como eu queria! O atendimento geralmente só responde de um dia para o outro mas muito eficaz! Recomendo!!!! Só tive pena do app não poder ser tbm usado no carrinho de compras que me ajudaria tbm, mas no produtos é perfeito! Obrigada em especial à Débora que foi quem me atendeu com a maior das gentilezas.

Works great, does exactly what it should do. Makes it very easy to add different fields to specific products. In short: great app. But the best thing: their customer service is amazing! They are super helpful and fast. Totally recommend this app

We are really enjoying the flexibility this app provides. Only request is that we would be able to "duplicate" fields we've already created. Customer service is EXCELLENT... we are looking forward to exploring this app more, and seeing just what we can accomplish with it.

I have recently downloaded this app. I reached out to their support team and they responded quickly to my questions and even set it up for me. I have had to make changes to some of the things on my website and I reached out to their support numerous times and they responded quickly and changed things a few times. Their support is amazing. I would 100% recommend this app.

The custom fields app gave us everything we wanted - allowing us to fully customize our product pages, which is super important for a shop of our kind. Moreover (and more importantly) - we just can't explain how good is the support we got from the support team. This was truly amazing and was a great surprise for us - we felt like the support team is actually a part of our own team! Excellent customer service! I had trouble adding a custom field due to the specific theme I am using for my store and their team was so kind to go in and help bypass the issue. I just had to give them permission to do so, which I was glad to do. Thanks for being awesome!

With the extensive customization needed for our products this is a lifesaver. Easy to use. Would love to see the option to duplicate fields and fields options, and also link to products by tag (maybe under custom conditions).
