An essential tool for managing customer support I've been using Mailo for a while now, and it’s a real time-saver. No more spending hours answering the same questions—AI handles responses automatically and accurately. For example, we used to receive dozens of emails daily asking "Where is my order?" Now, Mailo automatically provides real-time tracking updates to customers without us lifting a finger. This has significantly reduced our support workload and improved customer satisfaction. Sucked in 3000 old emails from previous 2 months that we had already dealt with. Stopped working due to be clogged up. No way of deleting emails in bulk, Havent got time to go through and delete 3000 emails one by one! Messaged support 3 times and no reply, now deleted app, such a shame as it had potential to do just what we wanted.
